whats your oats to water ratio?
@@XZiiiDE depends, but generally about a 5-6:1 ratio of water to oats

@@andreaskouvarou1242 you are invariably going to hit your lat in most back exercises. 2 of them are more direct lat based movements (pulldown and pullover).

@@MariuszOlejnik-l8e generally about a 1:4 ratio works well!

@@Leftysch kangaroo is quite common in Australia and quite easy to purchase at most supermarkets (a good lean source of protein). Definitely don’t eat koala 😅

Thanks for the recap and to see how you progressed during the year. The hard work and planning sure paid off! IMHO - you have great structure and when in peak condition, your muscles really pop. (Front lat spread is a killer!) You look good even in bulk phase, which to me means that with added muscle mass, and your conditioning, you will really go far in this sport.

For some reason, I never saw that you uploaded more videos since the last one I commented on. That was one crazy travel day. I thought you would have been more anxious about the flight issue until I saw you were still a few days out. If you ever come back to Boston for any reason, you should hit up a Dunkin’ That is the quintessential New England Donuts/Coffe shop. My hometown had so many of them that you could throw a rock and hit three or four of them depending on the ricochet.

I'm from the Boston area, originally. Not in Boston itself, but a roughly 30-minute train ride away. If you've never been there before, getting around might be a bit of a challenge because the way the city is laid out is a little on the stupid side. Good luck in your show. Hope you have fun, regardless.

Love your videos and content in instagram as well. I’m not interested in competing but I love the physique of both CrossFit and bodybuilders. I’m more into CrossFit/hybrid training but really admire bodybuilders a lot. I’m currently in a deficit. Trying to gain muscle and lose a bit of body fat. Could you make more videos on your meals/advice/tips? Also could you make videos on how to meal prep. I have a hard time meal prepping things like a big amount of rice that I can just measure out through the week. Keep up with the great content. Hope you get to where you’re aiming to be.
