Honglim Base! My AP is 280/282 and my DP is 405

i one-tapped my Silent Labreska and three-tapped my Silent FG armor. I'm currently working on a season character to get the DEC Tuvala weapon for the free PEN BS, and I'm also working on getting Kharazad accessories. I'll catch up, I just got really lucky with upgrading

@@Spud_25 oh bro I didn't even have 6pc yet in this video lol, my gear was crappy. Yeah, you have to stance dance in core forged gear; I am currently still wearing it if you watch my more recent videos in AQ temple, but I'm pretty close to replacing it with tier 2.5 and the draconic 4pc set bonus. I already have bis weapons, so once I get that and ideally the jom gabbar trinket off of ouro I'll really be cooking with fire

I don't really work with any set combos, I rotate my skills around shift + F and Blade Spin. I look at it more as keeping my skill add-on buffs active, so I'm always working in Seamless, Ghost Claw, and the other skill add-ons that are escaping me right now. The only things I look at as combos are the cancels that AWK ninja has, and I'll note the main combo i do for that for you: S + F > F > S + E > Q > into whatever you want, I usually pick Shift + F or Blade Spin.

my cata classic guild might be going to TBC after cata finishes, but i currently don't have plans to do Era again. I don't have a class I really want to play because all of my favorites other than warrior are fairly sub-par, which makes them harder to find a guild as. Plus, I just got done raiding MC and BWL in SOD, so I just don't want to do binding runs for the next 3 years lol. It's fun to watch the HC streamers though :D

@fwengli haha I hear ya. I was in the sod guild with you bangbang my hunter. Ya I'm horde on pvp server just here for thr pvp mainly.

Yes, there's a lot of switching from AWK stance to SUCC stance, but it's fairly intuitive because you have 3-5 skills that easily cycle between them. It's not a great grinder, succession is better, but it's very fun in my opinion. If you like a class that you'll be learning stuff on 1000+ hours into playing it, then AWK is for you. There's plenty of great combo guides and even more to find on your own. If you decide to roll AWK ninja, I suggest following the most recent guide you can for skill add-ons and lightstones and stuff. Yes, it is hard on your fingers though, it used to make my pinky hurt at the tip from pressing shift so much lol

I don't have 4pc conquerors and the rest of my wrath set switched back over to draconic, so I'm missing a lot of bonus dmg

im actually in the top 100 consistently on Gates of Infinity on my server, close to consistently top 50. it is a viable build and i did make it myself

succession is better at grinding, but I like the way AWK feels and plan to bring it into pvp when my gear level is higher. for now, it's sub-optimal grinding for entertainment lol. for what it's worth, it's fun to grind with. with all of the cancelling and skill-chaining it gets up to well over 100 APM. reminds me of playing UMvC3 back in the day

I don't really stick at one spot for too long, I feel like it keeps my content more interesting. I just switched to AP draughts, it definitely feels better. Also, I don't like specific damage profile ap stats and investing in them because it feels like a waste with the monster variance. I will work on my blockjumping, thanks!🙂

I'm not that high AP, I'm 280 main/282 awk. I have heard since I started this guy that succ ninja is better at grinding, but I like more complicated classes. I'm an old school 2000s fighting game player, so AWK ninja just feels like some of my favorite characters from marvel and street fighter and stuff. Thanks for trying to help though!🙏🙏

@@fwengli Both Succession and Awakening carry about the same level of difficulty. If you truly like a challenge, grinding on Succession here would be more scary since you don't have so many frontal guard abilities. Succession is more efficient at grinding as you've heard. But I get it, you prefer Awakening more.

I've been playing AWK for almost 2000 hours now, relearning a class from the ground up probably wouldn't be good for my content tbh. If I really wanted to increase efficiency I would just roll the best grinder as a season character and then tag them to my ninja. I just love the way AWK ninja feels, it's what got me playing in the first place

@@fwengli Succession ninja wouldn't be a steep learning curve since Awakening ninja's pre-awakening skills are mostly what Succession ninja is. I do love Awakening ninja myself but I also love Succession. I grind on Succession for efficiency and swap to Awakening for PVP with the simple click of a button. It is the best of both worlds right at your fingertips.

it's actually a really fun game. it's by the same development team that produced Lineage 2, which came out in 2003 and still won multiple awards despite being overshadowed by World of Warcraft. It's difficult, rewarding, and has a robust end-game for advanced players. For a free game, I highly suggest trying it.

@@fwengli why don't you use stellarite, and food , to make the job much more easier ? and why do you farm without contracts ? did you ran out ?

@@danielandrei2690 I only farm without contracts when I'm solo. I activate contracts when I have an aoe farm group. I only use stellarite for dimensional trials and gates of infinity typically

im pretty good with the internal timers for the buttons themselves, if you bloodthirst, you can do it one more time before you need to switch stances, and if you whirlwind at the beginning, you have to switch basically after it comes up again. less weakauras and stuff means better visibility, which helps with mechanics
