i don’t know what to do bc i’m catholic and it feels wrong starting my spiritual journey if currently i’m going to classes for my confirmation which feels wrong for some reason
Spirituality and religion are not the same thing. They can be synchronous or not. When I was practicing Christianity as a teen, I was also doing other spiritual practices that did not tie into that religion. However, you should never do anything that feels wrong or bad for you. Good luck in finding what resonates with you, and what feels good. Sending some good energy your way 😊

These are great tips, Shosh! I (Rach) love how you explain things, especially how you mention removing yourself from concepts of good and bad, and how being into spirituality doesn't make you better than anyone else. When I first got into delving deeper into spirituality I found myself put off by the negative, sometimes condescending attitudes of spiritually "advanced" individuals, both online and in real life, which seemed pretty ironic.😅 It was finding and befriending beautifully open-minded people, like yourself, that got me excited to learn more about spirituality. I hope more people get to see your videos and feel just as inspired 💛
