Bari, a city of filth, in the evening on the sidewalks cockroaches run like little mice. It's a pity that the city lives so much from tourism and does not invest in garbage collection, sweeping the sidewalks, streets. In many restaurants service charge is not included and tipping is much appreciated. Good rule to follow: offer a 10% tip where there isn't service charge. The same in bars even when you don't sit at a table. Good rule of thumb: observe the locals!
