something that's holding you back
This is somehing that will hold you back a lot if it goes unchecked. You need to be humble if you want to progress in any pathway in life.

In the day and age we are currently living in there is thousands of resources on what amount of calories you need to be consuming and which macronutrients. Discipline and consistency are the ultime things in your journey you will need to overcome, but I believe in you. Best of luck for your journey!

I believe in you my friend. The hardest thing to do is to make the change. Once you start it becomes do much easier. Just before you are going to these dopamine depleting activities think to yourself "how is this going to benefit my life 6 months from now". If you do this everytime I'm sure your chance will drop significantly. If this doesn't work you can also come back to this comment and read it. Some random person on the internet believes you are better than that and I truly do. Just from your words I can tell you are a great and intelligent person with all the possibilities in the world to do what you want. I believe you will have a great life my friend

I'm 18 so I don't really know if I can give you some good advice But I try not to worry too much about what's to come Just doing the usual stuff such as school, working out at the gym, hanging out with friends and perhaps a job as well. You're not a failure man, you just need motivation and discipline and it's perfectly fine to feel this way sometimes.

I just turned 21 too. Unfortunately I feel old and a failure. I've been running a startup for four years thinking it will lead me to that point we call financial freedom and luxury. Hey man trust me. You can never give up. If you truly want to become something and believe it you can manifest and create it. If you just improve 1 little step a day you will be surprised where you are in a few years. That's how I'm taking it. I try to improve on myself at least 0.5% per day which doesn't seem like much but it adds up massively. I truly believe in you my friend

Brother! Don’t know why TH-cam put this on my feed but I’m glad that I did. The reality is that you are not supposed to know what the hell you are doing at 21 years old! It is the time to discover your self and your interests, it’s the time to fail time and time again! Floating in the endless sea of worry of the unknown. All that matters is that you are working to be the best you can be for yourself! It is your job to figure out what THAT is. I am 26 years old and have spent the last 6 years of my life playing videos games and learning how to produce music. No education no plans just holding on to a dream of being a rockstar. I felt like I was failing every single step of the way! But after 6 years I finally have a grasp on my ambitions and goals, life is slowing down. I’ve slowed down the video games, gained 30 pounds of muscle and am now sober! I’m sure there will be more pain and suffering down the road but the only way I got to this spot is trying to and be better every single day. Don’t compare yourself, find mentors who are honest with you, and never being the smartest person in the room… in a few years you will look back and be like “Damn, I’ve actually done a lot.” I believe in you! Some random idiot on the internet says your not failing! I’ve been in your shoes, some day I wake up and feel the same as you! It’ll pass just work hard and don’t submit to mediocrity. Check me out and dm me! @enjoyyourmom3nt on instagram:) Best of luck to you, be kind to yourself. Always remember to breathe and enjoy your… -Moment

Thanks for these words you have left me. You'd be surprised how much the words of someone on the internet can boost you. I am definitely looking for things I enjoy doing and along the way I'm learning many things that will help me in the future and to be a better person. Although I want monetary success too I believe the best success is just to be able to raise kids who can do better than you ~ but hey that could just be me. Good luck with your journey man

Man I just found your channel and this video hit me a lot because it was like watching myself. I always wanted to do something with my life beyond what it's ordinary. Working 40, 50 or 60 hours per week for sixty years and then die. It felt so...I don't know, empty? So let me tell you that you are not a failure man. Quite the contrary. For what I see in this video, you're on the right path. You're young and you have a whole life in front of you. You are discovering yourself and that's great, because most people don't question their life's. So keep what you're doing. Going to the gym, educate yourself, discover your passion in life. Try to be the best version of yourself and I'm sure you will find what you're looking for.
