    i made a unplanned visit today at tridada june 22 2024. though i also had some apprehension about rail track , but project and amenities are so grand that from inside you may not realize that there is a railway track. it may appear as an asset instead. after track , there is natural greenery, then project jogging track , then pass way, then apartment starts. but i visited during noon. that time you will not feel noise at all. during night, when everything is silent, then one may feel noise...but i think it is normal

      Unlike local builders, they started the major excavation work after launch, it’s a high rocky area hence it is taking time but they should complete it by end of 2026.

      Commitment is June2026 why end of 2026 means already 6 months being agreed as delay.... satva started after Clairemont. 50% money collected by Prestige and not reached ground floor for last 16 months

      I don't anticipate a delay, but I expect it to be fully completed by the end of 2026, even if progress is slow. Builders typically allow for a 6-month grace period. It might also be completed by June26.

      We have checked it and also took the feedback from the Tridasa residents. Comparatively the noise is high in the night due to lesser ambient sounds.

      You can check the areas like Kollur, Osman Nagar or even Tukkuguda areas where there are a lot of villa ventures are coming up. Gated community villas including construction will be available at Indresam, Beeramguda - ORR approach Road areas.

    It depends on people and their requirements. I personally like train. Similar for kids also. It will be fun. Considering noise and all, I don't think it will be much for floors above 6. Think of other things but only considering track is not good assessment. There are many other advantages, should keep that in mind too. Every project has pros and cons. I don't think its a big con to change mind.

      Actually I have similar concern for Tridasa regarding train. You see, When trains move at nights, it is not only just sound that can be a distrubance. If the floor absorbs the sounds through the ground and you feel into your ears through your bed, (You understand what I am saying), it can be real annoying.

      It depends on what price the unit is picked up. For example, 2.5 bhk in C40 is VFM if it’s bought under 1cr all inclusive. But the 3 BHKs are at a premium tag. Almost all builders come down on the price based on the mode of payment.

      Miyapur will have it's own advantage of being close to IT Corridor one side and established city in the surrounding. The mail road that leads to Bachupally from miyapur x roads will be expanded to 300 feet that will ease the traffic flow and a flyover at allwyn x road is also inevitable.

      Thank you for your feedback. It is in the order of our rating for the top 5. However each project has its own pros and cons. Vertex is the biggest project among these and has someone USPs as we mentioned in the video.

      Builder may be confident that there will be no major issues. Thanks to ever increasing land cost in this area. There are several projects elsewhere in similar circumstances. It's the conscious call buyer should take.

      You are right. But they are sold out completely except a few ground floor units hence not considered. otherwise it is one of the best projects in that area.

      It isn’t a bad project but the cost is on higher side. But should be negotiated. Also it’s important to gauge the long term appreciation. Generally top builder projects fetch good appreciation in comparison. Lot of options available in the vicinity.     Tenders for location survey for the 3rd line have already been issued by South Central Railway From Vikarabad to Secunderabad. Most Probably this will happen in the land of Railways which is adjacent to track. If there is no land GOVT will acquire and give it to Railways.

      Electrical trains make lesser noise and pollution over diesel trains. If there is additional line it may or may not have much impact additionally as there is already a track existing and people over a period of time get used to it.
