When it comes from the heart, the instructor wants his/her dancers to achieve more than they did and they know what that dancer can do, even when the dancer doesn’t think they can do more than they are trying to do! Harshness is true disappointment within the instructor! What looks like harsh bullying is aggrieved frustrated disappointment in the effort to be perfect.

I always love rehearsals in the casual clothing more than the dramatic beautiful outfits in the performance. I like to see them learning from their errors and the teaching style of the instructors.

Put in to context, cause my comment will be deleted if I write his name. He jailed the corrupt Oligarchs and booted their western business associates that were bleeding Russia of it's resources while Russians starved, out of the country. It is why he is hated in the west.

I can't watch anymore. It is a pet peeve when the camera shows only half the body! I don't think the choreographer would like that only half his/her work is being shown, same for a dancer.

It's interesting because the adjective "ambitious" in Russian during Soviet times had negative connotations, and still to this day has a negative stigma.
