In short though, you need the impale gloves because “on hit” doesn’t work for this spell. Entropic devastation is what you need

@@HussPOE I’m about to go to bed here. Almost midnight. My main brainfart was to try duelist with all the nearby impale nodes and go for onslaught effect, also close to impale nodes. Use the 100% onslaught effect armour and use the helmet that gives spell damage when you have rage and trigger Dancing Dervish for a lot of rage! And then swap weapons to wand or the impale dagger. Pc is off now so I don’t know the names of the armour and helm from memory. You take care! I really appreciate another SWT fan. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

@@N0thing_2802 I just levelled with shockwave but yes ice spear, freeze pulse or blazing salvo totems are all good. Arc totems good too

Minimum frenzy charges is how I have them. Get more max res to help RF degen, check out my newer video. Make sure you run vitality and as much regen as possible on gear

So I can run righteous fire, 40% more spell damage for my totems

You can get diadem but we’re struggling for sockets for more auras, I’d go with a rare if you have the money for the tattoos

@@HussPOE how many tatoos? 9 like the pob? i got the diadem for now and will swap to tatoo with helmet later

@@Guilherme-kx2dl however many you need to fit, I think I have one too many so maybe you only need 8. But my helmet has the minimum implicit roll so if you got 12% instead of 7 like mine you could have 3

Impale for 50d, cold for 150+

@@GreyRakun the gear can be better. You can get a mageblood, a +1 phys shield. A much better watchers eye. A more expensive impossible escape with dual curse. A corrupted AP with aura effect. A +3 chest, an awakened empower 5. Those are just what I can think of off the top of my head

89% is more than enough, I can sustain with 84%

Has to be 4R2G for best DPS, crit gems go in green sockets. You can colour the item yourself with chromatic orb

@@Korozai it’s all explained in the build guides but in short this league I have 89% max fire res now, from boots, purity of fire, tattoos, a max res impossible escape, and the +1% all res mastery on tree

I have 1050 regen with 6 totems up. What's your max fire res?

@@HussPOE 75 (102). I'm level 77, I only have a max of 3 totems though. I don't have forbidden jewels yet.

@@briantjarks if it’s 75 then you aren’t copying my build at all, I don’t use forbidden jewels and my max fire res is currently 89

You could make some budget items but you’re looking at closer to 50-60D if you’re buying everything from scratch to this level of gear

Get a more budget wand and shield, that’ll save a lot and be closer to 35 div

You could try and annul it. But it seems extremely risky. I would essence spam contempt until suffixes are good, then reroll phys if you plan to do it that way. Slamming two shields together costs about 120c per try. which doesn't seem too bad vs a risky annul on something 15D+

Slam them both together, cont ess spam until suffixes are done and then just follow your earlier video? I might try it later tonight.

@@HussPOE Yeah I don't think it's really worth it, according to craftofexile it's 2572 tries with a res roll together with +2 frenzy and 30% rmr. It actually might be cheaper to buy a heap of shields and slam them together until some magic happens.

That's what I'd do tbh, awakener orbs to the moon and hope for some good shit. A lot of good suffixes we can get tbh so it wouldn't even take that many tries I don't think@@Chrollos_

Normally they add together hunter and shaper base shields with +1 totems and 30 RMR mod, check out my newer shield crafting video for this league

Diallas better, cheaper. With skin you have to worry about colours and get a good corruption Also the 30% quality for your crit gems gives a lot of damage

Nah I can’t fit disc atm, you would with diadem and some more RMR tats All of my gear is ES based, as high as possible, and I roll it for ES + life, think we only get like 40% from the tree I’d have to check pob Melding is a good node for ES

shockwave is strongest by far. Ring make it op

RF gives 40% more spell damage for the totems, it's not for damage for us.

@@HussPOE aah ok now I understand, my bad. Knew I'd missed something. Side note AB's description is sort of wrong atm, should state "You can't deal Damage to others with skills yourself" because I'm guessing RF still deals damage to you

@@Touchpadse AB's description isn't technically wrong. "others" is not "you". Different wording. Others would apply to monsters or other players.
