in case you get bored while listening, heres some manifestation tips: ୨୧ visualize visualizing while listening to subliminals (or anytime of the day) can be really helpful when manifesting physical things such as appearance changes, experiences, people etc. while visualizing set a clear intention and really try to feel the emotions you would feel if you were in that situation. doing this daily will strengthen your imagination and it will become easier with time, remember belief and consistency are key! ୨୧ vision boards use pinterest, canva or whatever apps you like to create a board of images full of your desires. this can be done in real life and put in a place where you'll be able to see it frequently e.g. your bedroom wall, or done digitally. take a few minutes a day to take in all the images and memorise them, then detach and get on with your day. I HIGHLY recommend looking at your board before you sleep when you're subconscious is its most susceptible. ୨୧ live in the end live your life as if you already have your desires. if you were a millionaire would you constantly complain about being broke? no, because you are already rich. if you continually act as if you have what you want, your 3D will eventually align with the beliefs in your mind. note: I am not an expert, these are just tips I've been given before that have aided me with my manifestation xx
