Please see following extract from the literature on the dinosaur footprints and related materials: The footprints, skeletons, bones,etc, found in this area is believed to be Pre-Jurassic park Time: belonging to Allosaurus. Allosaurus was probably a carnivore, the predecessor to the Tyrannosaurus Rex, and walked on two legs and had very distinctive tracks that are three-toed and clawed; in 1984 the first of several trackways with fourteen large footprints of dinosaurs in former muddy terrain was discovered by Mike Aldersey, an Australian hunter at the Ntumbe River area near in the Chewore Safari Area. Since then several other sets of tracks have been located by Tim Broderick of the Geological Department of the Natural History Museum with Professor Theagarten Lingham-Soliar and Zimbabwean geologist Dr. Ali Ait-Kaci. They include some of the best preserved dinosaur trackways in Africa and date between 145 to 170 million years ago and were formed in shallow-water deposits perhaps in a pan in the middle to Upper Jurassic. The moulds of their footprints are kept in the Paleontological collection at the Natural History Museum of Zimbabwe in Bulawayo and in the museum of the Geological Survey of Zimbabwe in Harare. THIS PLACE REQUIRES MORE RESPECT AND STUDY. THE GVT NEEDS TO DESIGNATE IT A NATIONAL HERITAGE SITE AND DEVELOP APPROPRIATE TOURISM SUITABLE FOR THIS . He was on you fast and from behind cover until maybe 40 or 50 yards away and he was haulin' from a full run start. Yeah try and stay cool for about a second and a half because that's your window to shoot to survive. Damn that's a dangerous game indeed.

Lots of drama there ( and more self promotion). The fact that the hunter put 3 shots with no apparent effect speaks volumes as to his ability . There was more than plenty of time before the charge to do the job, if he could shoot accurately. I also noted that he doesn’t mind carrying his heavy (?) rifle on his shoulder with the muzzle pointed at the head of the guide in front.

Capstickʻs rule is never let the client behind you with a gun. He called them the most dangerous game in Africa. I can’t believe the PH’s are ok with rifles pointed at them! And it’s not just in this video either. The sport is lucky his last shot didn’t hit the cameraman too!

The shot taken at 20:30 is a disgrace. You should be ashamed.

What a great hunt, and superb trophy bull. CM Safaris are true professionals and I could not recommend them highly enough. I ust long to get back there one day to this magnificent part of the world.

That guy was probably shooting a 375 h&h, not the best tool to get the job done.....

I always suspected bolt -action riflles as being too slow for dangerous game.
