Seems like almost every house for sale is just an investor built house to sale for profit....not to live in. The problem wirh this is the house looks pretty much very low materials are used to maximize profits for the investor.

Bro, hindi maganda ang viewing presentation - masyadong naka-focus yong video camera sa maliit na detalye ng mga parte ng bahay. Dapat, i-present mo muna yong wider view o kaya panoramic view bago mag focus doon sa mga small details. Halimbawa: living room- ipakita muna yong kabuuhan (wide view) bago mag-focus sa gusto mong i-high light na parte ng living room. Ganun din sa ibang parte tulad ng dining, kitchen at iba pang parte, stairway, hallway o kwarto. Itinuro mo nga yong dining at living room sa maliit na view dahil sobrang naka focus sayo yong video camera, focus sa kitchen lavatory tiles at stairway steps. Doon nman sa mga rooms naka focus yong camera sa floor and wall in small details. Ipakita nyo muna yong wider view of the room bago mag focus sa small details of the floor, walls and cabinet. Sori pero mali. Kailangan makita ng prospective clients yong wider view of the major parts, rooms and hallway of the house. They should be presented first before focusing on the small parts of the house you want to highlight. The purpose of the video presentation is to market the house and entice the prospective clients to inquire and to finally buy. In your video, the clients will have no clear idea of the major parts of the house because it focused too much on small details of parts without showing the entirety of every major parts or area of the house. With that how can you make your clients to be interested in what you are selling?
