You can literally see the shock and sadness on the Sharks face....he looks like his world is over and is horrified. That's so sad to see anything strong handled and taken against it's will and the peaceful life it knew...He will forever be traumatized and feel sadness I truly believe that they have feelings about their life too .. just rewind and look at the difference of the expression on it's face

The results of the experiments shown in this video are fascinating, with the effects of altitude changes on the body clearly evident. The problem is that some climbers will say that that they’re willing to take the risk, while others won’t even accept that these results could apply to them.

After the book & movie. I did some more research and I believe Henri. Of course, AFTER his success. His haters try to discredit him. Along with another claiming the story as their own. So why didn't they tell it first? Anyone can get a tattoo and make a claim after the fact. It happens all the time.

The book looked like a much easier life than the movie. According to the movie, it was set over a period of maybe 8 years and less than one of it was in actual prison, it was in solitary confinement, first for assaulting a prison guard and attempting escape and the second being caught in Columbia after a nice brief life with natives and a beautiful young lady. And at the end of the movie, he was an old geezer around 40 years old with rotten teeth and a full head of grey hair that was stuck on Devil’s Island with his former prison mate that’s lost half his marbles and accepted his fate, but he escapes and succeeds
