î like to kind of calculate how much money to spend with how long ive spent on the game. 100 hours to me are equivalent to abt 70-90 dollars. hope this helps anyone to make boundaries<3

I normally don't spend unless it's for limited time only outfits and monthly passes. That being said, I usually wait until towards the end of the event to decide whether I should get it or to find out how much I should spend depending on which items I have left. Patch updates are also available by then and that would tell me if I would prefer to spend on the outfits they're coming up with instead. It's agonizing to wait and grind but it's all good. I'm just glad Nikki doesn't give us duplicate 5-star items until we've completed the set.

I support good game devs, this game is a super surprise hit for me so I am definitely spending money on this game in the future (I already have spent about $25 with no regrets)

One 10 pull costs 1200 diamonds, the monthly pass definitely helps with that. Just don’t use them for the permanent banner.

Yep. As a veteran gacha player, I personally think the monthly pass is the most worth it and it's a sum of money I'm ok with paying considering the quality of the game. Also, I used to play Love Nikki and I'm not totally blown away by the gacha outfits so far, so I'm just saving up for now. There's absolutely going to be some crazy awesome outfits in the future. There always has to be some level of 'power creep' in a gacha.

This is not a game for completionists - so true! While Infinity is quite different from its older mobile grind sisters, it seems the gacha mechanics, pull chances, and paid-to-free content relationships are similar so my advice to anyone starting out with this iteration would be: everything said in this video, plus: 1. Try not to spend any money in your first month, learn how the game works. 2. Set a monthly budget and never go over it. 3. Save the pink diamonds from day 1, they'll never again drop as often as in your first few levels. And you need them the most. 4. Skip events if you're not in love with the aesthetics - but do the event quests. They'll give you some free pulls and extra pink dias 5. Stellarite suits are cosmetics only, do not buy them for the stats. You'll get similar power levels for free as you progress the game, or from the gacha that you can save free pulls/pink dias for

I've been playing since launch and I love the game too!!! So far I've only really purchased the monthly diamond login aswell as spent $4 AUD or so to get afew paid outfits for cheap deals!! I'm considering getting the Battle Pass but I'm in no rush!! :D Definetly being considerate of the game and what you can obtain within your budget is important! I also have a second account on another server that I'm going to keep strictly F2p!! That way I can play more and go for different things I like without spending!! I got the fairy outfit on my f2p account and got the recolour before it ended!!! So excited for the future of this game!!! ^^ If i spent a decent amount of money in the future it would genuinely be because I'm excited to see more!!!!! You're video was really well done!!

For what you said at 8:09 it actually was possible to complete the finals Mira crown challenge bc I’m f2p and I also pulled for the blooming dreams outfit and I was able to complete it by using the limited 4 star suit that came out during the second phase or the whisper of waves suit on the permanent gacha

great video! i think it’s really really important to understand exactly what you want out of the game. for me personally i bought the standard 300 stellarite bundle to get a couple of the paid outfits (+ still have 180 left over for future outfits), and i do think that was right for me. it was kind of a fomo purchase - it was right before the first round of shop outfits ended, so no time to get value from a limited pass or anything - but honestly game resources aren’t important enough to me to really care about something like the battle pass. arguably i think they’re worse for me because they’re habit-forming and i’d rather just do a one off purchase that gets me less stuff than risk feeling like i have to buy a pass every week or month. you just have to know what’s worth it to you.

I honestly think it is important to understand what is and isn't worth spending money on. I appreciate you putting this out here. I was conflicted on getting a certain outfit as it would help me with the "sexy" tag that I kept failing at due to not having a high enough level but I really hated the outfit, in the end I just couldn't justify spending money or using the limited stellerite to get it when it would just make me unhappy and instead just worked on leveling that up a different way. Honestly I wish the limited thing wasn't the way it is but get that this is how this type of game works. Choosing what is worth it to you makes the experience better & still fun and not stressing on what will make you advance the quickest makes the game worth continuing to play. Your video has good insight, thanks.
