I can't say I'm surprised. The restaurant life is not the most healthy for a marriage. I knew a couple (the husband is a chef) who divorced recently. He was moving wherever he had the opportunity for the next step in his culinary career and I imagine his now ex-wife was probably tired of it. Hopefully Vivian and Ben still have an amicable relationship for the sake of their twins.

Glad I’m not the only one that feels Kent got the shaft, minimal coverage, inconsistent judging, we’re done watching the show, during the cook off Mellisa was coached by the other contestants on how to finish up, Kent did it on his own and had sides and a desert. Tragic? Nah. I enjoyed watching her on one of the genealogy programs and learning about her background. For some reason she seemed uncomfortable identifying with her Croatian roots preferring to only focus on the Italian aspect despite what her DNA showed as well as being predominantly Slavic by background. I always liked her television show and enjoy her cookingstyle.

I've seen the clips where Martha admits cheating too, and Andrew claiming he never cheated, until she did. What is interesting in the clips is how Martha is so dismissive of her cheating, it was nothing, it was brief, etc. all the while calling Andrew a piece of shit. I would have had some understanding for Martha had she told us how sorry she was, how remorseful she was, how she carries the shame of her poor choices, etc. Instead we see her as this rank hypocrite that is absolutely clueless about the double standard she's presenting. Is Andrew a piece of shit? Sure. So is she.
