I'm a small landlord & did everything to vet 1 of my tenants n particular. They were late with rent every month from day 1. Month 6, I decided to move forward with an eviction. Glory b 2 God, the judge ruled n my favor. Im just waiting 4 the court order 4 the sheriff & an eviction date. The only thing that will stop the eviction is if they pay what they owe n full. I'll take my loss. I just want these people out.
