No I did not. This is a dream car/shelf queen. I run it hard when it goes out, but am keeping it pretty much stock.

Flew away from a sitting pond, over 290, hit a ladder rack of a passing van. I figured her to be gone. I swung around and came back to find her needing help on the side of the road. Called the States Finest and they saved the day. Scooped her up and brought her to a vet!

I soaked these for days. Couldn't get them cleaner. Considered replacing them but all the gears were straight. Just a bit discolored.

I would do the electric conversion. You guys are right. They're Phillips heads. But I have had every screw in and out and back on this thing. No stripped screw heads. And the way the threads tighten into the plastic feels much firmer than any hex I have screwed into all my other cars plastic frames and chassis pieces. This was literally where I felt the quality of Kyosho

Absolutely! I am not a car racer. I bash. Bounced it off a tree at full wick on the second run. On accident. Bent a rear dogbone. The thing is designed well, assembled well and is easily the most race ready car I have driven. Handles awesome. Drifts my backyard.

It's a Protek arm, I had to massage the length a bit with the Dremel for overall smooth operation. The arm would press into the chassis otherwise.

I love it! Broke it in as a basher. Been making some improvements and tuning it in. Thanks!

Not fully. Sure or fitment. What I mean is the whole 6898 kit will not fit the Rustler 2WD. The rear pieces may fit. But not the front. Thanks!!

I have not heard anything really negative about them, but I have not personally used them.

They would perform well on grass, but will get slippy on 3S power. These will spin like crazy on tarmac and hard surfaces if you blast it or turn too hard and fast. But in general they are for soft conditions. Like clay and dirt. Super grippy there until the conditions get too deep or wet.

Stock bell crank. Gotta have some flex built in somewhere! And I use RC Screwz stainless bolt kits which I usually buy from Amazon.

I'd go with KNK stainless hardware. Their quality is far superior to RC Screwz

One baydard track that had amazing clay but it was set up more for XXL Slash's. I had a great time. Car is super smooth. Amazing quality. But all I could do was slip and slide. Got in a few jumps. Was amazing overall
