Welcome to my channel, which will feature Railroad videos that I have made over the years. I have been a Railfan most of my life, for at least 40 years and I like all kinds of Trains, operations big and small, steam, diesel, passenger, freight, and all manner of the infrastructure around the Railroad that supports it. I'm also fascinated with Railroad history and images from bygone days.

What a remarkable piece of equipment from nearly 100 years ago! I'll never forget that I was fortunate to have crawled into 4014's firebox when it was on static at Pomona back in the 80's. Never dreamed that it would once again come back to life.
You can easily see the pilot truck coming back in center line with the engine as it got closer to the switch. Also, a little wheel slip at 1:59. Nice video.

A NEW ERA OF STEAM COMING DOWN THE TRACKS.........I haven't seen a LOCOMOTIVE LIKE THAT IN ABOUT 40 YEARS AS WE had the Local STEEL PLANT using ONE BETWEEN LOCATIONS ON A PRIVATE RAIL LINE IN THE ALLEGHENY VALLEY ! The DIESEL BEING BEHIND AND SUGGESTED BEING PULLED IS Funny
