He is incompetent. I just don't think he's cut out for a club the size & demands of Rangers. He doesn't see. To get it that if you arent first, you're last! And drawing games isnt acceptable. Brugge was his level, where draws & loses here and there are the norm and you can still win titles. He should have gone and gotten lesson for goodness sake considering the time hes been here. As for players needing time to learn the Scottish game etc. Im not buying that AT ALL. Look at celtic and all the Japanese players all pretty small and slight. You cant really get a further away more different culture than Japan yet most of them just cane straight in and took to it like a duck to water. If you have a good scouting network and a manager who has a good eye for a player & knows exactly what type if team he wants to build, then it can be done and you don't need to but "projects" & ones needing "time to develop" that's just excuses for failure.
