IF you think continuous = you can Draw the graph without lifting your pen, then yes. Consider Weierstress function. However this exercise is a bullshit, nothing specific can be said about the graph with this limited information. So, you provided good intuition. still, intuition only and i think it should be explicitly said to not confuse anyone who starts with the real analysis journey.

dont we look for the area of the rectangle for the estimate or we just draw the rectangles as the answer?
Yes we are supposed to draw the rectangles and compute the area of each rectangle . And add up each area to get the area under the curve . In this video I just showed what a lower estimate and upper estimate would look like . The width of each rectangle is the change of x. And we have to find the height of each rectangle . So in this problem you have to approximate the number for the height of each rectangle .
Our lower estimate had a change of x of 2 , so our width of each rectangle is 2 . And our heights would be 3.1 , 1.9 , .8 , .4 , .1

@Demietrius 16*14^2*pi in the final answer you put 16* 14^2 but didnt write down pi. usually itd either be written next to the answer or be included in the multiplication and be a decimal
