Very excited to find these videos! I was hoping to do basically this idea with 275 gal poly totes so it’s really helpful to see what you’ve done here. Where are you located? I’m in southern NY would love to visit if possible.

Smart just what i needed

Great invention! I just paid $150+ for my shaker/sifter and it’s quiet like yours. I used my unsifted soft wheat that looked pretty good after being milled but surprised at how much bran was sifted (I added that to my sourdough starter along with more flour to feed and it activated beautifully)! I made cinnamon roll cupcakes and a small cake and the texture was finer than my previous cake/cupcakes with unsifted flour. I make a lot of flour tortillas and didn’t like the texture when I used the unsifted soft white hence my purchase which I’ve only had for 2 days but will be trying it out for my tortillas.

I love this idea for drying and storing. Where did you find the metal floor material?

God bless you my friend, I needed explanation on how to build one, especially on how to transfer the heat from the hot air generator to the bottom of the drier.

Interesting, what type of grain are you drying? I found your channel looking for ways to dry spent grains.
