I mean, the 9th gen intel released 6 years ago and the rx 570 or gtx 1060 released 7 years ago. I feel like most people are probably going to be able to meet the minimum specifications pretty easily, most people upgrade at least every 5 years. I wouldn't worry about it.
Yeah, it isn't too much of a big deal for most, but it is still a loss to have quite a number of people who can't play it.
