I tried telling my mechanic this and he wouldn’t believe me…he did the compression test and said it was good and I tried telling him it doesn’t matter it’s head lift anyways long story short I got a new mechanic and did a special test that tests for exhaust gasses and changes the color and confirmed it was the head gasket.

Just watching your video. What power u making. Just had my 17 Si looked at Honda. Suspect head gasket problem or valve problem. Gotta get head sent out for resurfacing and cleaning/ replacing gaskets , chain and tensioner. Car never over heated. Just put oem plugs in 2 weeks ago and fouled again. Wonder if that’s a normal thing with these 10 gen Si. I’m not going to have Honda do the job. They want $5200. I just paid the diagnostic fee and drove it back home til I get my money together to get fixed. Anyone else l15b7 do this
