I'd like to point out that, while Raz absolutely did a horrible thing to Miss Forescythe, she kind of completely and utterly underestimated Raz, and completely dismissed his induction into the psychonauts by Crueller as the ravings of a madman. Again, what Raz did was absolutely horrible, but at the same time she should have at least done an evaluation on him and actually taken the time to listen to her agents before making such a snap decision, or even letting Raz anywhere near her mind. As such, she does bear some responsibility for what happened, which if I remember correctly, she does acknowledge somewhat, given that this is something she's done personally herself with her old boss, and it ended up being something she could not repair on her own.
