I clean mine with beer than piss on it and it works great good as new ;)

It could harm your quality of filter and filter gasket. Just buy new one wht taking risks
I use liquid laundry detergent/dish soap and the garden hose
Do you have any steps ? My 1998 bandit 600 is bogging because of the air filter being so dirty and I wanna clean it
Very good nice video
Nice detailed video, no one explains in detailed way . Very nice
Nice one 👍
Thanks, this is useful. Here in Portugal a new filter for a Honda Vision scooter costs €17.00 and with travel on dusty roads I need a clean filter after 500km. So for half a litre of petrol this is a winner. I will do 2 or 3 filters at the same time.
I'm sure the characteristics of the filter have changed. Better try a foam filter equivalent.
With the cost of gasoline, & your labour, It would be cheaper to buy a new filter.
in some countries, with recession and economic collapse; filters are very expensive. In Sri Lanka, a Honda XR 250 air filter is Lanka Rupee 24,000. Poorest 60% household monthly income is Lanka Rupee 26,000. Just to put things in perspective....
Literally just use any solvent, there's no reason to use expensive and dangerous gasoline.
Given the price of petrol - probably just cheaper too buy a new filter
😂😂😂
Again,it is not easy to buy air filter in a certain type of motorcycle
@@lejugertell me about it’s a bitch and a half to find a air filter for a like 150i. Why not buy foam cut it to size a boom.
filter price isnt 60 pesos a liter of gasoline
