เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 11 พ.ย. 2020
Moss is currently exploring the north woods of Minnesota while in a graduate program at Wolf Ridge Environmental Learning Center! Like always, there is a beautiful community of folks of the human and more-than-human variety to adventure with. Everywhere they go, Moss continues to gather knowledge about resilient communities and outdoor skills.
The goal of this channel is to record moments of magic and exploration to share with friends and family, and for future 'us'.

มุมมอง 1493 ปีที่แล้ว
The crew explores Kasota Prairie on a windy day. There is an abundance of sandstone in Southern MN, and we see how folks have carved their names, drawings, and symbols into the stone. Modern petroglyphs. Taavesi, a young EDM artist, provided the music for this video! More of his work can be found here: soundcloud.com/user-168465468
Sweet and Savory Scones with Ro
มุมมอง 433 ปีที่แล้ว
Ro makes sweet & savory scones! Ro soon realized that they are not at liberty to share this specific recipe due to a top-secret NDA. Ro just had a birthday, so Moss found it appropriate to cover up the specific instructions with a love song. A very similar recipe for scones can be found here: sallysbakingaddiction.com/scones-recipe/ Song is 'There Are Many Ways To Say I Love You' by Sylvan Esso

Grandma's House
มุมมอง 873 ปีที่แล้ว
We settle down for a while at the lake house with grandma. The spring down the road provides us with drinking water, and the trails lead us to old stone structures. I start working remotely, we begin searching for land, and I get to go fat tire biking with my good friend James over at Cuyuna Lakes Mountain Biking Trails. Valley of Fires, New Mexico
มุมมอง 1183 ปีที่แล้ว
The Valley of Fires Recreation Area overlooks the Malpais Lava Flow. An estimated 5,000 years ago, a great lava flow covered 125 square miles and ended up being ~160 feet thick. We hiked through the lava trails, and spent a few beautiful evenings under a big sky. We visited some dog parks with Opal, and were able to see some family over the holidays. We spend some time in Boulder, Colorado and hike up into the Flatirons. Then, we get to New Mexico and explore the stellar Santa Fe Dog Park and La Cienequilla Petroglyphs with some friends. This is the perfect video
this was a really peaceful video, i really liked it! Is there anyway I could get into contact with them besides the workaway host, I only live a couple hours a way from them and would love to help them out with there house but I don't really want to buy a membership for the workaway site. Let me know if you know a way to contact them!
Only 2 min of construction video everything else is just timepass
😍❤️👊
Why, didn’t you name the dog, I don’t know, Pizza?
as someone in Missouri I really hope we are able to do something like this soon. We have been saving for property and I’ve been showing my fiancé all the cob videos and housing pictures. Such a beautiful way to build and so many different ways the designs can go.
We are fixing to build our cob house here in Missouri (we are from Lebanon) do you remember the ratio you used for your cob? Hay/Water/Sand&Clay?
Thank you 🙂
Great work on this video, Mariah!

Keep up the good work 🙏❤️
Thanks so much for this video. I love it! It gives me a nostalgic feeling and soothing 😌 im in missouri as well. Almost about Halloween 🎃 time
inspired 😊 thank you
Hey I’m wanting to cover my missouri home in cobb and wondering if you could point me in the right direction as far as help and resources go? How long did the project take to finish?
When I arrived onsite I believe they were in year 2 of their project, with the intention of moving inside before the next cold season. The resources seemed to be a connection to staw bales, then having helping hands to implement the ideas. The project leader did lots of personal research online about how to build the structure. That's what I know :)
See all our smiling faces brought pure joy!! And the flute!!! :0
what a beautiful story and song 🌟
This video was so peaceful and healing to my heart. So hopeful. 💕
Thank you! ☺️
Cob? Or strawbale?
Love it.
What happened to Nemo?
Nemo exists so far away from the Mississippi I believe
Such intentional living
