I’ve had this deck for almost a year unopened. I’ve watched many TH-cam reviews, however still not inclined to open the deck. Not until watching your review thank you. I have a better understanding of how to befriend this deck. I probably will be inclined to use the deck more for shadow work. Thank you for a great walk through.

You are so right about the last one, it turned out so beautiful! I would never have guessed that it wasn’t planned that way. I am jealous of people who do this, so I guess I should give it a try. Where do you find your stickers? I don’t know about how to refill the papers in a used journal but Candy at Candy, Soul and Soil has several videos about how she repurposes old books, cardboard Amazon mailers, etc to create beautiful art journals.

He has the directions of the elements all wrong which is disappointing. He could have looked up the directions on the internet-they don’t change.

You beat me to it, I just got this, too but have been far from my camera for a while! I backed the Kickstarter for O, A, & T but passed it on because I didn't feel all the cute animals exemplified the card meanings very clearly. But with this deck the old house and its contents provide context that adds so much to the card meanings...plus the deserted old house with lit candles, etc. feels sort of gently haunted, which is cool. Always loved the art, now I find the cards more usable. Thanks, Orsi! 🥰

These sound like very intriguing book(s). It would be interesting, as a writer, to outline the main characters in a book as court cards and the major plot points as major cards to see how a book works with archetypical people and events in life. I've never used the deck because with the random pip cards it feels unfinished. I only have it as a collectors item at this point.

I struggle with change also Orsi. Nevertheless here I am at 55 just left the place I was living for 20 years and a secure job. I moved to another state to be closer to my aging parents looking for work with zero friends in this area. It is hard I am not going to lie but I hope whatever change you are going through is a positive one 😊

For me in particular, the Chariot is my personal arcana by theosophical sum of birthday, it is also identified with Cancer, which is my zodiac sign, because of that, the Chariot is for me “everything” in my life. It means “movement”, the continuous search for individual success, never stop looking for it, and leaving the past where it belongs, behind you, never in front of you. It is the solitary search for independence bringing with it all the lessons learned and family teachings. The 5 of Cups, is also a card linked to water signs, such as Cancer. It speaks of living through grief, pain, but paying attention to the emotions, feelings and love that we still have around us, in order to cross the bridge to home, the safe place. So, this journey would be a healing journey, and although we may feel fear, we must understand that it is also necessary for our consciousness to grow.

I like videos where people show a bit of their actual practice and experience, the good stuff as well as what didn't work out so well. It can be set up specially for the video, no need to share too personal things.

I love watching people journaling! I’m so boring, I don’t do anything nearly as pretty or creative, I just take notes. Maybe I should try to do something like this on a monthly or weekly basis (I doubt I would be able to do anything more frequently than that).

I loved this ... I like to see how other people use their tarot daily or weekly and how they use their journals. I journal too and have my card of the day on my phone. Then at the end of the day I like to reflect on how the day has gone. Thank you so much for sharing x

I have this one and I love it. I know a lot of people complain about the poor quality of the cards and the 50's American style, but wake up people, it's an American deck, lol, you get what you buy. Personally, since I'm 60 years old, I was born in that era and the lifestyle of society in those times was very different from now. Women were housewives, as my mother was all her life, and taking care of the husband, children and the house was natural. So, to those who complain about this deck I say don't make a damn about that way of life, because it was actually fine for those women. I never heard my mother complain about anything she did at home. She loved her life, her husband and her children. So this deck reminds me of all that.

I think my biggest frustration for this deck is each Minor suit its all the same crystal and then the same crystal for the Court cards. There's SO many possible crystals, it just feels lazy to me that they do that AND it's a pip deck too. Totally my personal opinion...

Ooh, this looks interesting! The illustrations look great and I like there are affirmation/keyphrases and gemstones. Definitely caught my attention! (not that I didn't have enough decks lol)
