I actually like the miscellaneous stages in the PS2 and PC versions (except Capture the Fly, it's a passable game mode, but it's kind of mid) I do prefer the progression in the PS2 and PC versions because beating the game is tied to beating the different game modes (eg. Race, Lums, Lum Spring, Lum Fight, etc), compared to the GameCube and Xbox versions, which force you to beat the game on all three difficulties for 100% completion

@@Povertito to me, its less the game mode, and more the fact I am not a fan of these game modes specificaly

They were probably added to pad out the game length, and to add some variety to the Race and Battle modes I would've preferred having more levels over more game modes (especially considering the lack of a sequel), but I'm personally fine with what we got

@@Povertito understandable. Though I find it weird they couldnt come up with better game modes. Or be consistent when it came to Rayman Arena and M

No this is the exhibition mode which is a set of secret maps unlocked when you finish the game

This always annoyed me in Rayman M on the PS2 because it's the only Lum that wasn't programmed properly into the game AFAIK, you can get +5 Lums in the PC versions of both Rayman Multiplayer and Rayman Arena (but not the PS2 versions)

@@Povertito I guess that's my answer then. There are several maps where you can't get +5. What a shame.

You're able to get +5 in all the maps (besides Dawn Sand) in the PS2 versions of both Rayman M / Rayman Arena

@@Povertito I am not able to get +5 on a thousand waterfalls. With popolopoi I am also not able to find the last one on dawn sand

Nah this is Arena...release a year later with a better menu, better/ more modes, character skins, extra characters, redone cut scenes...

@@audreyholmes9751 no, its the same game but in North America its called Rayman M. This version don't look better than pc version, i don't know about the difference but levels and models are the same so i think you wrong.

@@andrewsmith6563 I'll definitely do some more Rayman videos in this April/May (since you requested it) but I don't want to do too many videos of just one series (some people used to complain about this when I did YT videos in the past)
