Yes you can but your college will not let you change universities under normal circumstances…. If you’re planning to change, act early instead of changing it after finishing more than 60-70% of your degree. I suggest you to consult with your university if its possible to switch :)

Tip from a culinary student, never melt the butter just leave it out and cream the butter and sugar/sugars together, also chill the dough if you don’t already do that.
