It has worked very well for the past 2 seasons in even the hottest and most humid days. very pleased
@@patrickfarley9562 I got one like it towards the end of last summer a 12,000 BTU. I Have it cooling a pretty good size area a combination bedroom and office area. I didn't like the remote at all because I had to keep pushing it just to turn it on and off so I ordered another remote that was meant for a different model with offset buttons off of eBay. It works 10 times better than the remote that comes with it. If you have issues with the remote like I did just type Toshiba then the model number into the search on TH-cam and it will come up with a list of remotes that will work with it. I only paid 10 dollars for a lot better remote. Thank you for you're reply.

Very little condensation from outside of the unit. Of course, it does depend on the humidity level outside as well
Bought one today. Charged the battery after 2 hours and threw the unit in pieces into the dumpster today after about 30 minutes use. The string part of the head is easily removable but the head itself is not. Long grass easily wraps around the space between the head, the drive shaft and cutting shield area of the unit stalling it. As the head is not removable, trying to clear it is difficult. As a result it quickly jammed again and again, the drag from the trapped grass was draining the battery very quickly as well. Finally got so frustrated along with mediocre trimming ability it ended up in the dumpster. Save your money and find one where you can completely remove the whole trimming head from the unit easily to clear very long grass.

I like battery powered equipment, I wish you would have went into a bit more detail; the cost of battery, the head unit cost, the accessories and their cost.
