Day 2 of Amazon Flex in San Francisco Bay | 1st Block with Amazon Parcel Delivery
I was able to schedule my second block with Amazon Flex on Sunday January 12. This time the block was for parcel delivery for a total of 47 deliveries to 47 different customers.

Saturday January 11 while on a uber trip I received an instant offer from amazon flex and without reading too much of the offer I accepted the trip and just wing it to get the jitters out of the way. I survived and is similar to orders I've done before with Uber and Doordash shop and delivery. I just need a cart.

2025 is here and I have to make changes with how the state of the gig economy has changed in San Francisco. The apps are not as busy as it used to and there's increasing competition with more drivers on the road and more robotaxis in the streets . I have decided to add a new delivery app to stay busier and in the afternoons and take advantage of the healthcare subsidy in California.

Here's my take of the changing rideshare industry in San Francisco. Waymo is expanding with a recent $5 Billion dollar investment to Waymo. I believe we will see more Waymo cars in San Francisco and decrease the demand for human drivers.
