When we were kids, the "Thodu" or the local stream running at the border of our estate was a constant source of entertaintment. We would spend hours and days bathing and fishing in the stream. On one summer holiday, one of the locals showed us how to catch fishes using a traditional technique using termite nests and its brood as bait. That day we caught over a bucket load of fishes and were so exhausted carrying it back home. It has been ages since we tried that technique and now, decades later, I finally got an opportunity to document the process. So here goes. BGM is Wind Riders by Asher Fulero.
