Saw this trailer on Jarrod Tocci's channel and I think this thing is amazing! You also said that you were open for criticism or ideas and the only thing I could think of ... is that's really close to sit in front of a 55" TV. Do you think that you could have the TV hang or swing so that you can move it to the end of the bed or to the end of the trailer or back toward the kitchen? I don't know. I was just trying to think of a way to get some more distance between the eyes and the screen.

They look to have a footprint of a double wide. Think about adding solar to those roofs since you don't have trees over them, which actually would make the area feel more like a neighborhood. Great project though!

It's still a community. Just like a trailer park. It's still not freedom. I bought ground first, then the tiny house. Working my way towards freedom, not to enslave others just to have a life.

The draw back: these are rentals. The dwellers of these units are at the mercy of their landlords for how much their housing will cost them each month.

I’m not sure who is the target market for this video. It’s a story about a young man on his way to developing a million dollar a year business. Kudos to him for his hard work. Yes he figured out that it would be more profitable if he built the units. His business model is that people would be interested in renting smaller units (600 to 1,200 sq. ft., with most being 900 sq. ft.) if they were finished nicer than larger mobile homes. He doesn’t say it, but this allows him to have more units on the same size of land. His rural location gives him some construction liberties. Overall, it’s a good business model and plan.

No effin way thats $45k worth of trailer. You can get non base model geo pros for $27-36k. Doors cant lock from the outside, thats a hard no.
