She undermines my accomplishments, has to be greater for some reason. I just ignore it. I have been through enough as is.

I have literally experienced each one of these & it always surprises me because I try to uplift everyone around me. It’s okay though, I know where it’s coming from so I normally just ignore it

My mother constantly undermined me. It wasn't until after her death that I discovered how toxic she may have been.I found letters from boys from h.s. and college time that my mother intercepted and kept, withheld important info. About my S.A.T. scholarship meaning I couldn't use it, did unbelievably covert violent things even slumped over supposedly asleep when we were on a 6 lane highway(her driver) when I came back from my overseas home to visit.She was trying to scare me but in her mind it seems I hadn't done my share of the driving. And much worse..She interfered with my romances in other ways,etc. She hurt other people and animals. I still have letters and toxic notebooks to read next time I come back from overseas..Hard to accept the violent things (I keep thinking of excuses for her or wondering if I had misinterpreted something) but I am coping .

I have a cousin who prides herself on being the family genealogist. Her memory is phenomenal . Our fathers were brothers, and one day I happened to mention a deceased uncle, our fathers' youngest brother who had died very young back in 1920. I assumed that my cousin knew about him. She didn't. She went ballistic, accusing me of inventing him (!). I offered to send her the death certificate. That enraged her all the more. She had never heard of the youngest boy, therefore he had never existed! Her fury was startling, to say the least. Ever since, she treated me like dirt at family functions. My motto is, 3 strikes and you're out. First time: I'll make allowances, maybe they're going through a rough patch. Second time: uh-oh. This sounds familiar. Third time: right. I get the message. You hate my guts, so you're out of my life, permanently . Hard to understand that someone can get so upset because another person knew something that she didn't , AND showed her resentment so openly towards me in front of others! The odd thing is, she keeps leaving phone messages, which I never answer. It's 13 years since she went for my jugular at a family lunch, and she still hasn't got the idea that she's been dumped. I'm assuming her behaviour stems from insecurity of some sort, but honestly cannot fathom why something so petty as my knowing a very minor family detail could arouse such rage, hate and contempt.

What about the person who attacks your character by claiming "You Think You're Better Than Them?" But you've never treated them with disregard or disrespect?

I know all too well of jealousy and haters,they will obsess and fantasy over you in ways that are too creepy to bother mentioning,learn to not brag about your accomplishments because the more people talk about it the more you will be a target.

Jealousy = A person or more people admire you for what you have or can. They won't tell you the HEALTHY DIRECT way, but UNHEALTHY Indirecttly way 🙂

My shy guy scare talk to me I really like him

I never had trouble making friends when I was broke. Now that I am successful women especially find reasons to not like me, you can’t trust them on many levels & they do get petty. It’s so hard finding real friends as an adult.

1. I don’t know. Obvious because I wouldn’t see him lol. 2. Yes, he’s shy, but a little outgoing. I’ve talked to him a few times. He always seems shy when we talk and he’s always playing with his hair or something and he wants to make small talk, and looks really uncomfortable in that situation sometimes. But it’s also kind of hard to tell since we don’t really talk that much. 3. My crush is just a genuinely kind person, so I think he treats everyone the same. But I’m not sure. 4. We don’t talk much and he probably wouldn’t be comfortable enough telling me his personal stories. 5. I don’t know. I can’t tell. 6. No, doesn’t see like it. 7. We don’t have each others numbers and we aren’t on social media so this one is a no. 8. I have talked to his friends before. I don’t necessarily know if they act silly around me. They definitely don’t try to push him towards me. I don’t think at least. But it could just be that he’s too shy to tell them as well so they don’t know. 9. No 10. I don’t know hit I’m sure he would if he saw me in a dangerous situation or in a situation 11. We don’t talk much, so I don’t think so. 12. Yesterday, he stood right behind me when I was sitting down. His friends weren’t by him. He didn’t move at all. Normally, when he sees me, he moves away, but that could be a sign that he is shy or feels awkward. 13. Yes, for sure. One moment I think he likes me, the next I don’t. 14. I don’t think so. He’s mainly with his friends. 15. He talks to a few of my friends sometimes but makes small talk. 16. I’m not sure, but I think he would listen if I were to have a long conversation with him

Then you have outliers like me who are just super nice to everyone, take interest in everyone’s interests, gets protective of all their friends,😂😂 to me most these points are only saying that the shy guy values you enough to respect you and thinks you could be a good friend in their life😂 could become more then that eventually but it all comes down to learning about someone new and interesting at first.

Kindness and respect don’t work, if u have a hater u need to meet them Head on and make them aware that u r just as fucked up as they r .. also need to learn how to play the game properly, say and do things to make them slip up or expose them, when he/she is angry and abusive towards u in front of an audience (work colleagues) u play the innocent victim card

I got this from a cousin, i got a praise for looking well, from her friend, and my cousin swore ok f**k off, she said. I calmed her down I oh come on cus!! You look amazing to, 😢 but I never forget. Over a few insults, and very hostile ways, I had to distance myself. Really crushed me!! Xx 😢😢I don't react!! Just smile, I carried on being kind, but still got that insult, or cause a awkward atmosphere!! That did it for me I still was kind ignore her insults, On my appearances, but it was like she wanted a argument, but I never did. Now I know what she wants me Angry, When I started to distance, she on a demanding to meet!! I had to make excuses, and said we are away on hoilday!! Which we are. What do I do? I don't like being nasty but I'm not ready to meet her, knowing I WILL, get a insult or nasty ways. My mental health comes first!! Common misconception is envy is the same as jealousy. Jealousy = Fear of losing someone important to you. Envy = Contempt for someone who is perceived as higher value.

I've never inderstood why people are jealous of others. You should just try and best yourself. But anyway this is one of the reasons I dont socialize or make close "friends". Its some strange people out there.

Real talk a notice my socal friend who I called friend every time I got my hair done she criticize about my hair not fitting my face all when it's look good at times I caught her under looking mi under her eye glass whenever we hold a reasoning she always want to above the conversation or behaving as if what am saying isn't trogh but she takes advice from others and she always right even if we on the phone discussing something she object to it not giving me anytime to finish the conversation she started to talk louder at times it's more than words can say please give me ur advice what to do in a humble way you can talk to me private on watsapp sometime my head hurts for the way have been treated plus a notice she nosey at times and I tried my best to be fair with her more times

I know this video is 2 years ago but it just popped up in my you tube feed . I’m trying to fit 19 years into one paragraph 😂. His dad gave him his grandma’s diamond wedding rings appraised at over $2,000 . In 2010. We have not had them appraised since, doesn’t matter to us, but they are probably worth more than that. I was delighted being trusted with family heirlooms like this and still am. I wish I could have met his grandparents before they passed. She had specified in her will only her son ( my father in law) had the legal right to give or sell them. She specified that my mother in law was not to have access. In 2022 I guess I made her mad by not being able to wear her clothes- that she asked me to pay her for- and I had lost 20lbs. I wear a 1x and size regular ( not plus, that’s the other she was jealous of,) 14 pants. I’m going over a paragraph 😂. Anyway she says apologize for my behavior( calmly repeating the truth of what size clothes I wear now!😂) or I’m taking your wedding rings.” Her mask fell off. I stayed calm, and said please leave , unless you want to visit with my mom.” My mother in law just threatened me physically , verbally and emotionally. I told her you touch me I call the police. My mother in law says snidely go ahead they won’t get here in time.” If that’s not a threat of bodily harm I don’t know what is. She hates my mom cause my husband prefers to hang out with my parents and family ( except his dad who is authentic, loving and caring since he was a kid and always to me,) instead of her and his extended family on her side. His dad’s side is the same - authentic, smart, kind ,loving people.) so much more involved, ( my parents and family enjoy visiting with my father in law and his family). Anyway, she has gotten even worse with the gossiping and lies. Im the monster daughter in law😂. If I told anyone she’s friends with about the rings, she was prepared. I don’t even know any of her friends! Oh and she likes to add friends of mine to her list. That was when I blocked her. If friends of yours add that person (s) to their list, you might want to rethink that friendship, especially if they already know!!

Yep my mom and youngest brother and his oldest daughter are all narcissists. I started to walk away and not engage in their behavior the way they want me to act the silent treatment works as good if you can't get away from them to let them rant and rave on how they really feel about me their true colors come out and they want to yell and scream even more that make them even madder with a NO response to their worth. I've notice what my worth is and it shows other people their true colors especially out in public how they act.

insecurity comes because either you are always copying other person or trying to be someone who you are not,or you really have not worked enough in your life,and just because someone is insecure doesnt entitle them to distort/lead/misdirect someone else's lives in the name of help/friendship,any kind of friendship/relationship should be two sided,one sided anything is extremely distorted and toxic ,it ends in hell hole

Never would have considered this was a thing until it happened to me. My friend started with a lot of love bombing and admiration, then years down the line she hated me. Treated me like trash, consistently tried to one up and compete with me even after I confronted her and told her I wanted to be friends, not enemies. Eventually I cut her off. It’s not my job to fix someone else, and I can’t bend over backward to make them feel enough

They mock me on daily basis and sometimes hide behide electrical things to do it and also few of them come outside my home and try it,that's my past from work colleagues and old friends and karmic family's 🤢🤢 they make me all vomit I rebuke and permanently block u all in name of jesus christ amen 🙏
