Om654 is so unreliable engine
Faking up, looks like new rotors because after machining you can clean both sides of the rotors but not everything as shown in the video.
After I got timing chains replaced, engine vibration is way more than before and every time I drive a few miles smoke is around engine exhaust area which also comes through air vents inside. Two months and mechanic can't fix please help

for those that are brain dead, most discs are designed with skimming in mind, they even come with a safety mark on them to show when they are at their limit, its a very normal and common practice to skim brake discs
I don't believe this is true. Most discs have a minimum thickness to them....I've never seen one as you describe....I'm sure there might be one or two out there like this but generally, the minimum thickness is the description, not the maximum skimming.

If exactly same engine, yes and also I will suggest you to buy the parts from main dealer you have the best engine on Ford if same as you see on the video

Pleaseeee reply sir. Can I just cut and remove the DPF only and weld the casing back. And after that differential pressure between two sensors will be zero. So, will it throw an engine check light? Do I need to do anything with the ECU just after removing the DPF only??
Yes, if you remove the Dpf and it depends which car you have but sometime you don’t need to put the Remap you can try on your computer if you have and drive it if no engine light came on so no problem

Dangerous waste of time. Those discs are worth about £80 each. They are out of spec and wearing thin. Its not worth the effort . Most garages and mechanics charge a minimum of £50 an hour. Be cheaper and safer to replace . Stop being a cowboy for the sake of a video

That disc is out of spec and need to be replaced 😬 When new they are 30mm thick. And under 28mm they need to be replaced. And those are thinner a lot thinner.
