I don't know why all of those disagreements among the Shia sectors If it is truly from Allah, you won't see all of this disagreement لو كان من عند غير الله لوجدتم فيه اختلافا كثيرا

According to Shias, Ali (R.A) forced to pay allegiance to Abu Bakr (R.A) due to life threatening situation and he did it, I have never heard such a disrespect of Ali (R.A). This is same as Christians do with prophet Isa (A.S) at one side they call him god, and on the other hand they also say that he was naked went on cross even his genitals was seen by people, nauzubillah. But still Shias claim to love and respect Ali (R.A) and Christians claim to love and respect for Jesus. May Allah give them hidayah.

the most authentic sources from Shia books alkafi, ehtijaj and many others says, Ali (R.A) gave allegiance to Abu Bakr (R.A) to save his life, really these shias are blind like Charistians, the reallity is Ali gave allegiance only for the sake of Allah and accepted Abu Bakr, then Umar, then Uthman (R.A) as his Khalifas, and soon after his son Imam Hassan and Imam Hussain (R.A) gave allegiance to Muavia (R.A) and it is also mentioned in authentic sources in shia books.

Hoors doesn’t refer to females. It can refer to male or female. There are male hoors for believing women as well. Allah doesn’t give preferential treatment to males or give any special reward to males just for being males. In the Quran it says rewards and punishments are equal for men and women based on what they do. Males are not treated any better or given anything special that’s just for them. I’ve asked scholars and they have said that women will be able to get multiple male hoor husbands the same way males can get multiple hoor wives.

They are transmitting directly from prophet muhammad saww so no they don't do ijtehaad.
