DS3 was bad for a DS game

i disagree with the rock paper scissor analogy. War said in Genesis it took all 3 of them to defeat him and Strife was weary of fighting War. I do think Death was only stronger than War before War got the Armageddon Blade but regardless those 2 are way stronger than Strife and Fury

Its a Darksiders video so spending several minutes of it on Berserk just to make a simple straight forward point is bad. Focus on the main subject at hand and not on showing the similarity between it and another franschise

I wonder why the people at THQNordic are still silent about this franchise!? Nothing is announced ever since genesis came out, Darksiders 4 needs to happen asap, I just can't wait to see all the horsemen reunited and where the story goes after that.

IMO, Death >> Strife >> War >> Fury. Btw Death is most powerfull and War is strongest, but as Strife go with super speed range magic bullet attacks i think Strife can share 1st place with Death in 4 out od 10 times in 1 vs 1.

Remaster Darksiders 2, add another dungeon to Shadow's Edge and extend the Black Stone, and make the Well of Souls an actual dungeon instance. It was already a great game, but the first half eclipses the latter. A man can dream.

I believe war is more durable especially using his stone skin he becomes invincible and for the ultimate form they are both equal but actually this short is indeed very accurate

Honestly, that moment in the fight where Death stuck Absalom down but instead of doing some flashy finisher like with every other boss and instead just letting his scyth go before pulling it back, after Coruption reaches out to Death, is a very good symbolism of Death finally letting go of his past and guilt and killling off something that should have never been alowed to fester like an open wound, even after it continues to try and nag at the back of Death's mind, wither it be Corruption or Absalom speaking at those final moments. Absalom and Corruption is the perfect manifestation of Guilt and Regret. What is corruption if not a lack of an ending to a thing that is already dead, simply laying there as a ball of rot. The fact that Death and Absalom had been put into theses roles is honestly damn tragic and has some complex feelings when you step back a bit, both seeked something that they saw as good but conflicted with their goals which lead to their conflict. Hell, even the fact that through out the Entire Game, Death has the souls of his kin, the symbole of his past deads planted next to his heart has it'self a double meaning, with him showing that his still cared about the Nyphalim, it bores addtional emotional and phisical weight on himself, and he is stuck with those feelings as he is forced to revist the past all over again to move on with his own life for the brothers and sister he still has. I doubt that made any sense but that the best words that I got. Sorry for the blocks of text I just really like the story 😅

Can we at least agree war is the second most powerful horseman (he's my favourite).

Death getting Absalon's axe in new game+ was very neat, considering War also found the personal weapons of his brothers in his game. Fury also gets weapons similar to her brothers's in her game and the second DLC. Wish we got to see more stories about individual Nephilim, than just about five.

Isn't war stronger than death?

Honestly: if we get a 4rth part of darksiders, they could give death the ability to summon the spirits of the nephilim as allies, like the third part of lord of the rings. There could be little dialogues between death and the spirits, background talk. And yes, i really want Darksiders 4. I even arranged a new theme.

I wouldn't take Samael serious, he is a demon after all and by nature manipulative. If I remember correctly I think he has a foresight power which is why he is a threat to Lucifer and why Lucifer wants to take him out. Plus remember the ending when Samael killed the final Boss in Darkside genesis before he could reveal something important.

I think that death is better then his brothers and sister in every aspect

I like to think that Death and Strife are neck and neck, seeing as they're both the older brothers of the group. I like thinking that they're twins, but Death was born just a bit earlier

Int he Abomination Vault, Death openly admits that War is smarter than he is on the field of battle. So Battle IQ goes to War, not overall IQ though

These theories all seem very unlikely. Death doesn’t get powers from the well. The only thing that’s really implied is that death gets killed then respawned by the seventh seal.

Fun fact, Death openly admits that War is smarter than he is in Battle. Making War the highest with Battle IQ.
