Does the uhhh affinity on the long sword matter?
Does the armor matter at all? I’m fairly new, I’ve only beaten the game once and I have no clue if there’s any armor that gives buffs to certain stats like in Elden Ring or is it just Defense and Poise stuff
For the ash of war for the sword, do you do standard infusion or sacred

Yeah, I use Oleg to distract the boss whilst I use my bow. Otherwise it would be annoying asf to create distance.
Btw what does the longsword do?
I use the long sword for the golden vow ash of war 😄

Dragon slayers axe does really good dmg blessed. I like to pair it with a blessed offstock

molly there's a big problem w that axe though. it has rly crappy scaling, only good for sl60 and below. 😎

Very good point I should have mentioned that in the video! Definitely want more VIG for PvP. I’m definitely more of a PvE guy. PvP is a hit and miss for me, sometimes I have good days, sometimes I’m absolutely garbage! 😅

Nah winblades are broken enough the fancy dark moon buff is anyways a pain to get and maximum it gives about a 10 percent damage boost
Yeah I wanted to make it as powerful as possible so I'll take the extra 10 percent 😂
Its only a pain to get if you're farming those damn silver knights. Just do 30 invasions, the game is still relatively active.

@@RealMarvellousChester i feel like when im not specing for ash of war use and just raw light attack damage….i mess up. Would love some help if you can. Please
So with raw physical damage I would recommend getting to desired attribute to its soft cap, which I believe is around 80 (so 80 DEX or STR for example) If you want to take advantage of Light attacks as much as possible, I recommend a Dex build. In terms of talismans I recommend the ‘Rotten winged sword insignia’ which increases your damage with each swing. You could then combine that with ‘Millicent’s prosthesis’, which has the same effect, further increasing consecutive hits. If you decide to do dex and want to Duel wield a weapon, (for example my personal fave, Duel Falchion) you could use the twinblade talisman, which increases the damage of the final hit of a combo by 20%. If you need further help we can always chat over discord if you have it :)

Is Elden Ring easier than DS3?
Good question, it’s hard for me to say to be honest. Personally the late game of Elden Ring (bosses after fire giant) is definitely harder than Dark souls 3. However Dark Souls 3 has a more consistent level of difficulty throughout the game. That’s just my opinion though.
