Yes, they are all American! They met at Yale and were in Yale’s Women’s Slavic Chorus together where they fell in love with the art form.

How have I lived in Austin My Entire life and been engaged in classical music in this city for 30+ years and never heard of this group?
Glad you enjoyed it! The Nightingale Trio isn't from Austin. We brought them in as part of a small Texas tour on our series. Open Classical is based in Dallas but we are now starting classical concerts again in Austin post-pandemic. We had one in July at Neill-Cochran House Museum. If you get on our mailing list we'll let you know when the next one is, and hopefully we will have the Nightingales again sometime! openclassical.org/Mailing-List
