As a professional dancer, choreographer and teacher what I've learned throughout the years is the importance of physical strength to be able to improve on the ballet technique, body alignment and flexibility.
In this channel I will be sharing exercises that really helped me understand my body and helped me evolve as a dancer by applying them in a smart way without necessarily being brutal to it.
