We bought one of these systems and it’s exactly what we wanted and built so well. We have been brewing for over 35 years and have a full production brewery that does over 50k bbl a year so trust me when I say this is the best 1 bbl pilot plant you can get!

I can only tell you the cost of the systems - an entire plant build would consist of much more than just the CEX System, though. The smallest of the CEX series is out CEX150. Between Equipment and required Auxiliary, the price is around ~$470,000 USD at the time of this comment.

What is a better process for extraction, ethanol or heat press?

@@Enisthepenis9730 why is that? Better yields? Im just not huge on the idea of smoking something that was made using chemicals. Heat press just seems like a cleaner process.
@@WonkaWillE Indeed it would seem so and it is but so is butane its used in all sorts of extractions like pure vanilla extract. yes you get good yields, it pulls the desired compounds , you can fully dewax, your colour remains light due to very low heat for solvent recovery but like you I also felt that way until I got the proper equipment to fully purge then I had it lab tested multiple time for different runs and it came back clean and full of terps( once again low heat low terp loss) tests would range from around 85% to 96% thc. Knowing this I'd really like to get into ethanol but that would mean a whole bunch of new equipment. Anyways they are all very good clean and safe extraction methods. Cheers WillE
