I think your information is incorrect in your initial information in respects to consolidation. Although at 4:01 the reference to ASTM C192 is correct C192 does not give us a range for consolidation per lift it would be a flat 30 or 40 rods depending on the size of the mold. There should also be a range of 10-15 taps with a mallet as noted in C192. Although the video did help understand the test method in general. I thank you for many clarifications.

Question, you said do not take sample from the first 10 % or last 90% of the batch. Can you explain what you mean by this? That equals 100% so when do you collect sample?

Could you possibly inform me what value should be substituted if the gauge length is not 250mm (10 in.)?

I have a doubt we should collect samples after 10% for example if we have rotating drum mixer 10m³ of total volume we could not use 1st 1m³. This 1m³ we have to dump on a receptacle or pour into a structur?

What is the Min/Max for freshly mixed hydraulic concrete? Or what is the ideal concrete temperature range? I've seen difference answers I'm studying ACI and ASTM's I am a QC inspector at a pre-cast facility in Texas
