I related to George Banks on a personal level when I was in school. All the kids who went to school with me had someone to talk to when they were in trouble, and going to their parents wasn't an option, like friends, grandparents, aunts, uncles, but not me.

I watched this show, he’s trying to be the opposite of what he experienced in childhood and he’s smashing it. The stories he told broke me, he has really risen from the ashes of heartbreak and I admire him so much for that.

@@greateststuff I read somewhere, that after graduating college, he and his brother traveled around Asia. When they visited India they got dreadfully sick from eating Hindi food. His brother recovered; but Matthew contracted Hepatitis. Which soon caused a fatal form of pancreatitis.
