Another airliner that just crossed your airplane's path slightly before and above you. What you see behind it is its contrail (condensation). Your have probably crossed right at a waypoint or VOR (navigation array located on the ground). Happens often.

Just for context, this was taken on my flight going from Barcelona to Amsterdam. I slowed it slightly so you can see what I saw.
