We don't have faries at the bottom of our garden... we have foxes. They may be a nuisance and ruin the garden, but they can be adorable whilst doing it.

Excerpts from Late n Live at the Gilded Balloon, Edinburgh Festival. Apologies for the poor camerawork...
He really is amazing, but I have just watched Michael Crawford & I wouldn't want to call it
Still my favourite
This is my second favourite version of "gethsemane" with my favourite been michael crawford. 2:38- 2:48 such a beautiful vocal
They tried to cancel Kitson two years ago but couldn't find him
He sounds like a pure, dignified angel and I think its a weird fit for the overall sentiment of the song and feel of the show.
Buena version, pero la mejor version es de Camilo Sesto...
Best version of Gethsemane
Camilo Sesto le gana
❤❤❤🌹🌹🌹
I saw him perform this … he was incredible
Listen to Dan Vasc, version, please
Amazing such a pure voice
Love Balsamo and Neely's interpretations although totally different than each other. However, the Gold standard was set by Ian Gillan who did the original soundtrack. His performance is the one that is the cornerstone of all these performances.
Has me in tears im not christian but steves version of jesus the fear anger and vunerability breaks my heart if this doesnt move you you have no soul
Holy experience!!!
What a shame there is no DVD of the 1996 show. I would love to see the whole show. Steve is the best.
Meh. I guess I'm just spoiled by the original.
미쳤다 그냥 예수님 그 자체
Amos hiding in plain sight.
He’s got no real connection with the song or the words,he’s just singing.
OMG, winner
Outstanding. This version had me in tears. Such emotion. And what a powerful voice. Steve is a fantastic singer songwriter too. A very talented man. Proud that he lives in Wales. 🙏♥️
My hair stands up every time I watch this video…
Goosebumps, amazing!😮🎶🎤
Damn Steve, you're making it hard for me. I have always loved John Farnhams (The Voice) intereptation of this song. His performance was not as an actor, as the Australian version of JCS he was in, was a rock musical, so more about the music with no acting, but the tingling goosebump emotion in his voice, & his vocals are phenomenal. But then I hear Steve again, & it's twisting me in two with your portrayal of Jesus in the show especially. But BRAVO for this performance too, standing on stage, in a tux, your arms/hands at your side, belting out this incredibly moving song. Bravo man bravo 👏 👏👏
So powerful. So moving. Incredible talent. Incredible performance. You can see tears on his cheeks from the emotion of it. Wow
Muchas gracias, fenomenal interpretación.. estremecedor!!🙌🙌🙌🙌🙏🏻👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Andrew Lloyd Webber still has a hard on from this, me too...
Excellent! Bravo!
❤❤❤ 🙌🙌🙌
Not bad but, Ian Gillan, hands down…
Vocalmente el mejor
He couldn't of changed his mind...Luke 9:51... which is a forefilment of the prophecy in Isaiah 50:7(which talks of the suffering of the Messiah 700years before it happened)may seem petty but they are singing about one of the single most important events in history and also the nature/character of Jesus Christ.so they are theological statements even given artistic licence and amazing talent.
An incredible vocal talent bookended by a bumbling oaf of a compere.
Does anybody dare to sing it? 🙂 Gethsemane I only want to say If there is a way Take this cup away from me For I don't want to taste its poison Feel it burn me I have changed I'm not as sure As when we started Then, I was inspired Now I'm sad and tired Listen, surely I've exceeded expectations Tried for three years Seems like thirty Could you ask as much from any other man? But if I die See the saga through And do the things you ask of me Let them hate me, hit me Hurt me, nail me to their tree I'd wanna know, I'd wanna know my God I'd wanna know, I'd wanna know my God I'd wanna see, I'd wanna see my God I'd wanna see, I'd wanna see my God Why I should die? Would I be more noticed Than I ever was before? Would the things I've said And done matter any more? I'd have to know, I'd have to know my Lord I'd have to know, I'd have to know my Lord I'd have to see, I'd have to see my Lord I'd have to see, I'd have to see my Lord If I die what will be my reward? If I die what will be my reward? Have to know, have to know my Lord Have to know, have to know my Lord Why should I die? Why, why should I die? Can you show me now That I would not be killed in vain? Show me just a little of your omnipresent brain Show me there's a reason For you wanting me to die You're far too keen on where and how But not so hot on why Alright I'll die! Just watch me die! See, see See how I die! Oh, see, see how I die! Then I was inspired Now I'm sad and tired After all I've tried for three years Seems like ninety Why then am I scared to finish what I started? What you started I didn't start it God thy will is hard But you hold every card I will drink your cup of poison Nail me to your cross and break me Bleed me, beat me Kill me, take me now Before I change my mind There he is They're all asleep, the fools Judas, must you betray me with a kiss? 와 예수님이 노래부른다
Wow. He held that high note!
É Glorioso...
Absolutely beautiful!!! Intense. Truth. I love Jesus, and my brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ.
My favourite version of this song, hands down!
And the tear at the end - mother of God what a talent!
Emotion in his voice is superb. He convinced me he is Jesus. Bravissimo!
The ultimate Jesus. He took West end by storm. I was blown away by him
It’s odd how he doesn’t move his arms, at all. They just stand awkward by his sides the whole time
I saw him live back in the day and he was absolutely fantastic 👏 best theatre production I have seen, ever!
Awesome
If you think that was good. Check out this guy John Farnham from Australia m.th-cam.com/video/k5woMZtClhI/w-d-xo.html
Que interpretación!!! Sus agudos llegarán al cielo, no me cabe la menor duda por ese talento Dios se se lo regaló
It is the Best Performance. His voice is beautiful. He is the Best Jesus Christ Superstar.
Camilo Sesto
