    I had a successful natural pregnancy before starting IVF (just one year after having had my first child) but both my IVF cycles failed. My uterine conditions were perfect and in both cycles my embryos were PGT tested (so, normal embryos). The first transfer was a total failure, I didn’t even get pregnant. The second time I got medicaments to lower my immune system and I did get pregnant by it ended in a miscarriage at 5 weeks. Why it didn’t work if my first child is the proof that my body can hold a pregnancy and my embryos were in both transfers tested normal? I’m 36 years old.

    Why

    • @GenerationNextFertility
      @GenerationNextFertility 5 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Hi Ayesha, Even with high-quality embryos, IVF success is influenced by various factors beyond just the embryo quality. Some reasons IVF may fail include issues with the uterine lining, hormonal imbalances, or undiagnosed reproductive conditions like endometriosis or uterine fibroids. Additionally, even though an embryo may appear normal under a microscope, it might still have genetic abnormalities that aren't visible through standard embryo grading. Other factors such as immune responses, blood clotting disorders, or the body's ability to support implantation can also play a role. IVF is a complex process, and every patient's journey is different. To better understand how these factors might apply to your situation, we offer telehealth appointments with Dr. Hade, where he can review your medical history and provide personalized insights. To schedule a consultation, you can visit our website at www.generationnextfertility.com or call us at (212) 641-0906. Warmly, The Team at Generation Next Fertility

      Thank you for sharing your story with us, We understand how challenging it can be to go through IVF, especially when facing complex issues like an immune response. Your commitment to supporting your wife during this journey is incredibly important, and it's clear you're both navigating a very difficult situation together. It’s not uncommon for couples to feel overwhelmed or uncertain when the body seems to be working against the process, but it’s important to know that this is a recognized concern, and you are not alone in navigating this part of your fertility journey. We recently featured a story on our podcast with one of our former patients, Brooke, who went through a similar situation. She has rheumatoid arthritis, and her doctor explained that her body was reacting to her husband’s DNA, releasing chemicals that attacked her own joints. Her journey, like yours, involved a lot of unknowns, but sharing her story helped others in similar situations find comfort. You can listen to her full story here: th-cam.com/video/wr6Uv6jwkBQ/w-d-xo.htmlsi=2hi2U5U68PvUceWZ If you’re interested in learning more about immune-related fertility concerns or would like to explore options with our team, we encourage you to visit our website at www.generationnextfertility.com or give us a call at (212) 641-0906 to schedule a consultation. Had a friend who was told she had no eggs and wouldn't have kids. She is the proud mother of a daughter and son 😂. Obviously mistakes do happen. Not bashing the doctors. Not sure how they could say she had no eggs. Guess she had two and they were really hard to see! 😂😂😂Haha!

      Thank you for sharing this heartwarming story! It’s incredible to hear about your friend's journey despite what must have been a challenging diagnosis. Fertility is a complex area, and while doctors do their best to provide accurate information through several comprehensive assessments made based on the best available science, there are always those rare moments where things don't go as predicted-in the best way possible! The human body can truly surprise us in unexpected and wonderful ways. Warmly, The Team at Generation Next Fertility

      Thank you for sharing such a heartfelt perspective. We understand how deeply personal and emotional the journey through IVF can be, and it’s clear that you’re reflecting on this process with a lot of care and love. The IVF process is influenced by many factors, such as the health of the uterine environment, genetics, and other underlying conditions. We hope that by sharing this information, we can help patients better understand their own bodies and their fertility journey. Wishing you a lovely day, The Team at Generation Next Fertility

      Thank you for your question! If you’ve been trying to conceive for a year or more after having your second child, it’s a good idea to consult with a fertility specialist. Sometimes changes in fertility can occur after previous pregnancies, and there could be underlying factors to consider, such as age, hormonal changes, or other medical conditions like endometriosis. A specialist can help assess your situation and offer personalized guidance on your next steps. If you’d like more information or to schedule a consultation, feel free to visit our website at www.generationnextfertility.com or give us a call at (212) 641-0906. Who’s more prone to this? And why? What is the difference between period pains and endometriosis??

    • @GenerationNextFertility
      @GenerationNextFertility 5 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Thank you for your great questions! Endometriosis can affect anyone with a uterus, but certain factors may increase the likelihood of developing it, such as having a family history of endometriosis, starting your period at an early age, having short menstrual cycles (less than 27 days), or heavy periods that last longer than 7 days. The key difference between period pains and endometriosis is the intensity and duration of the pain. While mild cramping during menstruation is common, endometriosis pain tends to be much more severe and can occur not only during your period but at other times of the month as well. Endometriosis pain may also affect areas beyond the pelvic region, such as the lower back, legs, or during bowel movements. If you'd like more information or a consultation with Dr. Seckin to discuss any symptoms you're experiencing, feel free to reach out to us by visiting our website at www.generationnextfertility.com or by giving us a call at (212) 641-0906. I just want to know what a AMH level of 0.034 means and is it a sign of being in premature menopause or premature ovarian failure? And is a AMH level of 0.034 the same as 0.34ng and are a AMH level of 0.1 higher or lower than 0.034? Also can a woman young (30 years old). Get pregnant at all with a AMH level of 0.034? How many eggs are remaining in the ovaries with a AMH level of 0.034 and is it possible to get pregnant at all by any ivf. Mild ivf. Gentle ivf etc or naturally? Or is egg donation really the only one option? 😢. If an older woman's body is absorbing eggs would this prevent that from happening thus allowing older women to keep their eggs and potentially conceive or at least produce a viable egg?

    Hi Dr, Great work. I have 2 embryos 4BB and 2BC. Are these good? Does 2BC have any chance to become a pregnancy?
