When people are drinking Tea in a incorrect traditional way, I come out swinging!
It's OK, but slight advice l always tell my "students" is when you swing to hit head or any above head cut you need to relax shoulders and to COMPRESS your elbows as closest to each other ( in that state they should be at level of your BROW ) so your hand are higher and then IT IS CUT, your hands are to low and it results bad cut, which is not good because you don't have actual FATAL STRIKE, so if you have TATAMI math to cut try to do what l just wrote and then compare AND PLUS it will help you to be precise and stop your katana from SHIVERING when going down and when you FINISH cut. And please don't consider this as INSULT,your technic is VERY NICE qnd l just want to help you with this to make it better You can also search ZNKR iai katas to se wher katana should be when cutting cuts that l mentioned
Your motions are not sensible and fluid. You move like an old machinery which has not been greased for a long time. As a fellow practitioner my advice would be PRACTICE, PRACTICE and PRACTICE. You will be a master soon in time, which I'm sure. Have a good faith and may use your sword on good faith. Best wishes...
