Pfizer or Moderna....
@@yessanknow302 ? The vaccine?
@@meganleefitness Yes. I hope you didn't take either. Plenty about this on Dr John Campbell's TH-cam channel.

@@Cypress93 how cool! That must have taken ages! Even my little one took 20 minutes!
Cant imagine how hard it must be .you really are a stong kiwi. I only know one person who has had a stroke but she was elderly. She was never the same again so i am thankful you mostly are. Doesn't mean its any less hard of course but we expect these things when we are elderly not your bloody age. Crazy
@@colinnz definitely did not even think it was possible at my age! Thank you for your kind words 😊
Still gorgeous
You are amazing! The spark will come back at some point, I recognize what you mean by this - I live with brain cancer and it took two years after my surgery until I managed to even feel physically able to start building my strength back. However, I felt nothing while exercising for the longest time, this was very strange to me - I’m not sure if this is also what you feel? For me it took one year of excising that is three years after surgery to feel some kind of happiness after exercising. My fear of dying comes before every checkup every half a year though and it’s 100% expected sooner than if I didn’t have the disease, but I look completely healthy on the outside just as you mention you do too. Seeing your story made me feel less alone, thank you for sharing 😊
@@zekaay thank you for your kind and thoughtful words, and I’m so sorry to hear you also went through something awful. It definitely gives me hope hearing that it took a long time for your joy came back too, and that it’s not just me 💕
Curios. Did you have a stressful life? The doctor really don't have an idea what caused it? My friend died from a stroke. About the same age as you.
@@banshee1133 I’m so sorry to hear about your friend. Well I have two young kids and I’m self employed so I guess there is definitely an element of stress there! I was very fast paced and was told by an acupuncturist that I needed to slow down. Drs can’t tell me what it was unfortunately
I'm also 39 and have been through 4 surguries in the last 2 years. 2 for cervical cancer, 1 for a parathyrodectomy (from hyperparathyroidsm - which came with so much bone pain), and a hemorrhoidectomy (caused from the hyperparathyroidsm). While I don't understand going through a stroke, I just wanted to say you are strong. Don't you get down on yourself... it is a blessing you are still here and able to walk, talk, and be alive. So many people are going through battles and issues that we know nothing about. We are only here on this planet for a short time, and we don't always get to decide our "when." Count your blessings girl, and as hard as it might be some days - try to find the positives. I'm an avid long-distance runner myself, so I understand how hard it can be with your fitness frustrations. Don't give up! Tough times are temporary. :-) Sending good vibes and good luck with your half marathon! (You better do it, even if you have to walk - I'm confident you've got this!)
@@Pryjole you’re amazing, thank you so much for your kind and inspiring words 💕 I’m so sorry to hear you have also been through so much, it definitely gives some perspective though right. Wishing you a full recovery too xx
Carnivore or Keto diet may help you.

Hi Megan, did you ever do a video on what your diet was like before the stroke?
@@RoughNeckDelta I have a grocery haul one. I have followed a plant based vegan and vegetarian diet for about 20 years now
What you're feeling is perfectly normal.. you have to grieve what you loss in that trauma .. I am so glad you're still here but dont ever feel the need to minimize those feelings.. they're valid. I hope you continue your healing - both physical and mental
@@gloriouslyimperfect thank you so much 🙏
I was a lot older (57) when I had a stroke. I was extremely lucky that I had no lasting effects, however it took a good year if not more before I started to relax and not worry about having another one. I am convinced that at times I almost made myself feel like it was happening again, it was absolutely awful. I really hope that very soon you start to feel better mentally, it is obviously a devastating thing to happen to someone as young as yourself. All the best in your continued recovery.

I've heard that over straining in the gym i.e weights can cause aneurism. Don't know how true it is though. My dad had a stroke and he used to live for the gym and weight lifting. It's something to consider maybe. Everything in moderation I suppose 🤔
Maybe if I was a power lifter but I really don’t lift that heavy. I’m strong and fit and I can lift and run long distances (well I could) but it wasn’t something I’d consider I was overdoing. Guess I’ll never know

The Abomination 💉 that is still being peddled globally is the biblical MOTB. Should of done your research. All who received the MOTB Abomination were deceived (Revelation 14:9-11) negates all salvation scriptures for both believers and unbelievers. Becareful what you allow to be put into your bodies. God promises to destroy those who allow their temples or bodies to be defiled or corrupted. (1st Corinthians 3:16-17) 16.Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? 17.If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.
Did you get the experimental mRNA injection?
Yes I did
Sadly this has been the case for a lot of people since getting the jab. I am 41 and I too had a heart attack back in November 2023. Thank you for sharing your story! ❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹
Vax status?
Yep two years ago the original ones and no more since
@@ASDFASDFASDF328 I honestly don’t know. But I saw a naturopath after and took a bunch of supplements just in case
for the benefit of viewers curiosity. have you had a covid injection or boosters? i see a lot on blood clots forming in young people.
She’s already answered that she had the first 2 two years ago. She doesn’t seem to believe it comes from that. Many comments here trying to get her to research it but she wants to believe what doctors say….it was probably something she was born with. The level of delusion in people is mind blowing. I’m outta here I have enough dealing with family and friends who now have health issues after these weapons and who still believe the idiots doctors. I got one cousin that was told her Bell’s palsy was from stress (26) and the other was told it was from a virus he got(28). Both got Bells Palsy 2-3 weeks after the dart. That was 3 years ago and their face is getting worse. But they won’t look into the 1200 “rare” side effects.
@@12alyssaj the thing is, even if it was, and I’m open to that being the case, it doesn’t change what happened. There is no law suit I can jump in on, I’ve been to a naturopath and taken all the supplements I should have post stroke in case it was that. I didn’t want to take it, we had to. So what’s the sense in getting worked up over it, I can’t go back in time, if I could I would
@@meganleefitness In my opinion it’s good to research what’s going on. It is much more than just the vaccine. Once you go into the rabbit hole of why it was done you’ll learn of many things going on worldwide. And you can be aware of other methods of attack because it’s not just 💉
How many boosters?
Just the first and second no others
Birth control cause maybe? Did the doctor say anything about cause?
Haven’t been on BC for over 10 years so unlikely. They can’t tell me, it could be something I was born with, I’ll probably never know

Just a question do you believe in calorie restriction? Look up Minnesota starvation experiment strong sistas podcast
I know a calorie deficit is a good way to drop body fat. Not sure how that relates to the stroke? I’m not focusing on weight loss right now just on recovery 😊
@meganleefitness calorie deficit shrinks the organs, including the heart.
@@JulioforChrist where did you read that?
Did you take the vax?
Yes I did
@@meganleefitnessdo you think that caused it? Or was it the marathon push the body to the edge
@@Mo-nd8lp doubt it was the marathon as if it was a lot of people run marathons every year and there would be a lot more strokes. I may not ever know what caused it unfortunately
stop taking all the pre workout and protein powders. you never know what they are putting on it.
My acupuncturist did tell me to lay off the caffeine and pre workout but unlikely that caused a stroke as surely more people would be dropping dead and there would be investigations
💉💉💉
🤷♀️
My girlfriend had the same thing when she was 35 while working out. Took her 4 days to get to the hospital. No clue how she is still alive

m happy that you are recovering. I had an AVM rupture in my brain. It caused me to have a stroke. This happened after my 40th birthday and a week after I got my 3rd degree black belt in the Martial arts, I was very healthy. I was left with left side paralysis. I miss going to the gym, working, going for walks and training in the martial arts. I can walk but it's more of a limp, due to my foot paralysis. It's coming up on 2 years soon. I feel like I'm stuck in traffic and the world is moving around me. It's hard not being able to move my fingers and toes, it makes me very sad. I had to get an Angieogram twice. I have to get another one in 5 years to make sure it doesn't grow back. I had 2 brain surgeries, one to stop the bleed and another to remove the AVM.
Oh my goodness I’m so sorry to hear that happened to you. It’s so hard going from being so healthy and loving movement and training to not being able to do anything. I saw a lot of progress after acupuncture, might be a long shot for you but worth a try if you haven’t already 💕
@@meganleefitness Thank you! I was thinking about acupuncture, Aqua therapy, and getting a personal trainer. I will give acupuncture a try for sure.
Yup, this is what the globalist elites want for us. That’s why they wanted everyone to get vacks in nayted.
Do you know what was the cause of all this?
The vax! Duh.
for a healthy person at 39, sounds like the shot did this

@@12alyssaj I don’t think Google is going to give me anymore answers
I’m so sorry this happened to you. I’m glad you are ok. I am surprised they allowed you to have your phone in the hospital. I had a very rare stroke at 45 years old on Dec 16th of 2017 along with a minor brain bleed and they refused to give me my phone to eliminate the possibility of seizures from the light on the phone. I am now 51 and still have the blood clot in my brain. Every day I pray for it to dissolve.
I’m sorry to hear you went through that. And I had no idea that my phone might be a hazard! The drs or nurses didn’t say anything although I hardly used it in the first week as it hurt to look at the bright screen even on low. Wishing you a full recovery 💕
