Sony A 7IV is good for photo, but, not suitable for 4K video shooting. Why? Too heavy to carry or use. Even worse, it can not keep video in horizon with a heavy gimble . Get yourself a DJI Pocket 3 to enjoy the life!

I've got two and love them. I get 40 minutes per charge at 4K 25 FPS with Rock Steady on the main camera unit. The memory gets full before the battery dies, but usually only 8% charge left.

Awesome video, because you hit all the key point for why someone should get this. It’s just such a convenient and tiny camera, yet the quality of the video and sound is top notch. While there are better action cams, the fact you can just always bring this tiny cam along and find new ways to shoot where the phone isn’t convenient is what makes it stand out. As commenters point out, it’s not great for shooting long footage due to overheating.

hey richard. i have the sony zv e10 and bought a sigma lense 18-50mm f.28. I mainly want to begin doing client work (talking heads, documentary, steady shots) but am also a beginner. what would you recommend to start? im looking to break even on the cost of my camera and then see if I could upgrade to the sony a7s level which are way too expensive right now.

I have the Sony ZV E10. Used it mostly for photography seldom used it for video but if I ever used it for video, it sits on a tripod. As for walking and running videos, I used an Olympus, its stabilization is second to none. Sony A7iv stabilization is good but not as good as the Olympus or the Panasonic. You will have to a buy a gimbal for a superb stabilization on the Sony. I see most of the professionals still use a gimbal on their Sony A7iv.

Westpark was not made in the late 80's, they were made in 1994 (fully built all houses by 1996). Sorry to bug you about that, but who told you they were around in the 80's? In 1992, the area when Westpark even thought about building houses, it was all fields, and they had a thing called "The Harvest Festival" there. It was a yearly event (moved each year) and it's final year (in Irvine) was 1999, off Culver and Trabuco near the 5 Freeway.

Hi. Thanks for making this informative video. I think it's worth spending a little extra money and using a better quality, more wind resistant, external mini Mic from someone like Rode, or even going with the DJI wireless external Mic system. I really like your car setup for the Action 2, but your external Mic audio is caca. I think if you change out your Mic and use a small external light, then you'll have the perfect Vlogging setup.
