Yeah we are using the G9 49” on the studio computer

Probably the power band. Most engines have a power band at a particular RPM. So let’s say this bikes power band is 4000-6000 (unsure), there’s just not enough power to pick up more speed. Plus the gear and tooth ratio play into it. Engine could be throttled by its gears.. which I actually think plays a major part.

I think either would probably be fine for a phone if you can get the 16 tight enough. But if you want extra security and confidence, just get the 47.

@@UsmanGhani09 I don’t think it’s heavy at all. But I use them as stands. Honestly, you’re probably better off with a gimbal, or use it hand held. Because when you were walking around with it, you can’t just change the angle of your video on the fly. You will have to manually adjust the ball head anytime that you want to change how you hold it.

@@UsmanGhani09 don’t need a very expensive gimbal. It is just a cell phone that you will be dealing with. But I wouldn’t actually suggest one of these stands unless you plan on holding it the same way all the time while vlogging. If a fixed is OK with you, then the 47 should be fine.

Yeah I think they are marketing it towards gamers, though there’s nothing available to really drive it and max it out. Here in a couple years, there may be a card that can do it, just not right now

Nah, it was a fun bike, but it wasn’t quite my style. I plan to eventually have 3 bikes. Cruiser, rocket and touring. Starting with either rocket or touring I think

​@@Kodysseyokay so I've been riding cbr 600rrs and have never rode a cruiser but I don't want to lose that rocket feel(power). Is this a good bike? Or would you recommend something else. Please don't say scout lol I would love to buy a scout but the funds don't add up for that 😭

@@daltonmast9982 the way I see it.. don’t get the Vulcan if you want a “cruiser”. The Vulcan is a cross breed between a Ninja 650 and a cruiser body. Has too much spirit of the get and go, while being held back by cruiser style limitations. Go try and ride one. I’d recommend a shadow.. they are cheaper and great bikes. It’s what I’m considering.. either a shadow or a Suzuki Boulevard. For a rocket, I’m unsure.. but leaning towards a ZX6R/10R or the Yamaha. For touring, 100% Busa gen 3

@@snoww2009 I no longer have it because it didn’t suite my needs as I thought. Plus tbh, nothing beats OLED. So unless you want OLED, I’d look into it more.

I don’t know the direct answer to that. If you’re just playing the game, it should last a long time. The game is already downloaded to your device, so no data is required to load graphics. It will however, use a small amount of data for your movement/actions in the game, as well as anyone around you. Now if you’re streaming it.. that’s a different story and really depends on how long you stream, and the quality and resolution of your video. That’s an entire TL:DR bit of information to go through. @@Kodyssey Yes it does cuz I want to play Diablo 4 tonight but my internet company has an outage in well I won't be getting internet until at least tomorrow and I'm off work tonight and tomorrow so I want to make the best of it and I can stream Netflix on my phone so that's not a biggie but I just wanted to kind of play Diablo for a little bit But yeah thank you very much That does help So what I'll do is that when I get on I'll just make sure to lower the graphics some

@@MikeBrown-bs7qu are you going to stream? If you aren’t streaming, you don’t need to lower anything. If you’re just playing for fun, your computer loads graphics, not the hotspot

That is a good question. If memory serves me, it may have been decals with a clearcoat over top. But I don’t remember 100%.

I could care less about the camera. My MAIN reason for upgrading to this one, is the OLED screen. I hated the blooming. This isn’t something that bothers everyone, but I have a large eye for detail. New one is very nice in this regard

@@nika_251 The iPad has lost its identity. It was designed to be an “in-between” device, but now it’s a lower-utility Mac-adjacent device.

I gave my old iPad to my mom and my old laptop to my cousin. I wanted a device that could replace both as a portable entertainment/light work machine (for all the demanding tasks that require more horsepower, I have a crazy powerful desktop). The 13” iPad Air with the magic keyboard was the obvious choice. Yes, most people correctly point out that a Macbook could be just as good (maybe even better) for most of those tasks. But they’re forgetting one small, yet very crucial detail - YOU CANNOT USE A LAPTOP WHILE SITTING ON THE TOILET! 😂

Huge! At least to me.. but I have an eye for detail. I had an LG 42 C2 before this.. had this for a week, then sold it and got the LG 42 C3. I missed the OLED that much. If you’re used to OLED and like it, I wouldn’t suggest getting this.

Also, I’d get the new ASUS 32 OLED, however my current capture card only supports 120hz pass through. So it would be a waste

@@Kodyssey my purpose is mostly for simracing and that’s not ideal a smaller screen. I use now triples 27” but BEZELS is soo annoying for me even with Asus bezel free kit. That’s why I look for this 57”

@@bmwM3M5M6 for sim racing, the 49 or 57” G9 would be awesome for you. We have a G9 49” here (not OLED) and it’s plenty large enough I think. It’s not quite 3 27’s, it’s literally 2 of them, but even with the 57”, it’s still not equivalent. You’d loose a little bit of screen real estate going with either size, but the emersion would be better I think. Don’t take my word for it though, I’ve never used triple setup. I’d highly recommend the OLED 49” though.. not only would your GPU drive the monitor, but the colors would pop a lot more

Dynamic HDR can adjust based on what you’re doing. Static HDR does not. Yes, on 1440p, but it’s a dual 4K monitor.. most people won’t be buying it for 1440p mode I wouldn’t think. So I was referring to 4K

@@Kodyssey And would it matter really much that dynamic vs static hdr ? Yeah 4K it would shine but I only use a RTX 2070 Super 🤦‍♂️ so my PC would explode on 7680x2160

@@bmwM3M5M6 🤣yeah your PC would scream. I can’t honestly answer that question. Using the Odyssey G9 57”.. that was my first and only experience. I imagine there is a difference, but you may want to google that one if there’s an answer. Or download chatGPT and ask it. Honestly, if you are running the 2070, I don’t think it would benefit you to get the G9 57”. It needs one hell of a card to run it. So 4090 or the latest Radeon. Otherwise, you’re better off with the 1440p version (49” G9). And there’s an OLED version of that. Also - if you play any games outside of simulation, I wouldn’t recommend the Ultrawide.

Bout to get a lot more interesting. Meta Quest 3 on its way

They are nice rides for sure. And well over 300,000 miles? My friend, that’s amazing. I can’t wait to get another bike myself. I agree with you about the Indian scout - they are a bit overpriced. That, and it’s almost the same as a Vulcan S. I wouldn’t buy a Harley either.. I’ve heard too many stories about them being a “name” that you buy, but they break down all the time. I am still unsure of what the next cruiser style bike I get will be. Also, didn’t know you could do that with the sprocket on the Vulcan. I looked up all sorts of forums to see what people have done, and most said “you’re stuck with what you get”. So I was clueless. I hope you enjoy your new bike, be safe as always

@@Kodyssey I looked up spoclets on ay J&P and Dennis KIrk. You can buy three differant size front spockets and a wide range of rear spockets. I think if I remember right there are rear spockets from 38 tooth to 46 tooth. The stock is 46. The front I think you can buy a 14.15.16 tooth. the 15 is the stock spocket, This is one reason I like chain final drive over a belt or shaft. You can play with the gearing until you find out which is best for your type of riding. You have to realize I'm OLD(70). I've been ridng and modifing bikes for a long time. I started with a 1965 Honda S 90 that I bought with money I saved from a newspaper route. When I started dating my wife (1970) I scared her on a Honda Scrambler I had at the time and she HATED motorcycles for twenty years. I started a use car lot in 1992 and took a Kawasaki 440 ltd in on trade. By then I was older and learned to slow down. I took her a ride and she enjoyed it. So I kept on taking it easy until she got use to highay speeds, then we started traveling. That was in 1994. So from 1994 until 2020 or so is when we put in most of the miles. We would load up a 7X7 pup tent, a sleeping bag, clothes and a towell and wash cloth. Off we would go to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive, the Outer Banks of North Carolina, the outer shore of VIrginia and come back across the Chasapeak bay bridge, Galtinburg, Tenn, Deep Creek Lake Maryland, Cumberland Falls Kentucky amd many other places. We alawys looked for campgrounds with hot showers. In the morning my wife would shower than I would. When we left the campgrond I'd tuck the towel and wash clothe on top of the sleeping bag and it would "air dry" as we went. We always ate out during our trips ans bought goodies from a grocery strore before turning in at night. I retied when I was 50 so we could enjoy life and we did. But my wife has battled cancer eight times and now lives in a recliner. Both our sons had brain cancer and one died on Father;s Day 2002 at the age of 23. Our other son had a crippling stoke about six years ago and could no longer operate a hand clutch or a foot shifter. So I sold his motocycle and bought him a Can AM Ryker so he is still out riding. The can Am has no hand clutch or foot shifter so he can handle it. Well, I went on and on and probably bored you to death. My point is ENJOY LIFE WHILE YOU CAN. You never know what tomoorow may bring. Ride safely and enjoy every journey.

Wow, what a story. No, didn’t bore me to death. Sorry for your losses and I wish the best for you and your wife. I am looking to get 3 bikes when I can afford to do so. 1) A sport bike - likely a Ninja or GSXR. Never had a liter bike, so really leaning towards one of those. But, sometimes you can have more fun on a 600 and they are cheaper (hammer the throttle all day without as much worry of losing control. I’m used to crotch rockets, and love ripping up the corners with them. Been to the dragon several times. 2) I want a cruiser. I have absolutely no clue which one yet, but since I’ll already have a speed demon, I’m considering a Honda Shadow. Just something I can ride with other people my age that feel too old for rockets lol. Basically, a cheap way to have a good time on a reliable bike when it would otherwise sit in the garage. (I say this, but may end up riding it most, who knows). 3) A Hayabusa. No, not for the insane speed. I want the Gen 3 version which is technically a downgrade in performance over prior years, but a huge upgrade (in my opinion) of aesthetics, and for comfort. I want the Busa for LONG road trips, as it’s comfortable, good ride, bigger fuel tank, cruise control (I know this is adaptable to any bike, but I like the built in function), ability to hammer down on huge stretches of road (in the Great Plains or desert areas - or when I wanna be dumb), and ability to throw luggage on it. The Busa I do believe is going to be the first one I save for.. but have a while to go. When I get any of the bikes, I’ll be making videos again and putting them on this channel, unless my subs vote otherwise.

@@Kodyssey Wishing you good luck on your future bike purchases. I love the sound of a 4 cylinder crotch rocket, reminds me of the sound of s grand prix race car. Love the high rpm and the quickness, But I'm way too old for all of that, I once owned a Honda 900. My wife said she's never been in anything or on anything that could accumilate speed so quickly. It was scarey quick. After about four close calls I traded it for a slower bike. Just be careful and don't get hurt. I wrecked one in 1984 and messed my left leg up pretty bad. Walked with a cane for four years and took twenty years before I could go up and down stairs without looking like a goof ball. That wreck is what fianally slowed me down. Now I ride like an OLD man. But that's alright I am an OLD man (70).

Yeah I didn’t stick with the G9. Couldn’t do away with my OLED. Back with the LG C3 42”. However.. I’m thinking on the new ASUS 32” QDOLED. If only they had a capture card that could support the pass through 😩

All gear has been upgraded since this video. Also, when I get another bike, I’ll be using a tascam. But thank you for your feedback! Hopefully future videos will be more enjoyable. We’ve switched to gaming content at the moment.

If you’re talking about the “bowl” shaped adapter that comes with the 57”, I am pretty sure it came with bolts for it. I may be wrong.. I have since switched screens and now running the LG C3 42”. See if the other mounting screws that came with that monitor will fit the other mount. If so.. size it up with some screwed from a hardware store and get a few for that mount. Shouldn’t be too difficult. Lance may or may not be using similar ones. I’ll check tomorrow when I’m back home. I’d suggest testing the other screws that came with yours for the monitor stand first, see if those will thread

If it does, it does. Time will tell. As for now, everything functions properly. If I ever need to swap the case, I’m either going back to my NZXT H9 Elite sitting in the closet, or possibly a desk design with a water loop.. that would be COOL!

In a normal case, as long as the pump is below the tubes.. this won’t be an issue. With tubes being arched over, I’m unsure. So I’ll be the test dummy. Could take a while 😂
