Protein absorption happens completely only if its mixed with rice, simply many people are putting only dal for dosa no complete protein absorption..for ages our elders have given us wisdom mix rice and dal.
Instant dal dosas are quick, high in protein, and nutritious, making them a great modern alternative! Yes, traditionally, rice + dal together give a complete protein, but dal alone is still a great protein source and can be balanced with curd or paneer.
@sandy_talkies sorry mam i will always believe and follow what our ancestors have been doing for ages..all these dal only dosa became Trending recently, not before when high protein diet started..im also in my weight loss journey and have done 15 plus kgs weight loss eating rice and dal dosa in moderation along with protein and fat..curd can be a good protein but paneer can't be had on daily basis...

Try this way❤️ Ingredients: ✔️ 1 cup whole green gram (moong dal) ✔️ 2 tbsp rice (optional, for crispiness) ✔️ 1-inch ginger ✔️ 2 green chilies ✔️ ½ tsp salt ✔️ Water (as needed) Fermentation Process: 1️⃣ Soak the dal & rice - Wash and soak in water for 8-10 hours or overnight. 2️⃣ Grind to a smooth batter - Blend soaked dal, rice, ginger, and chilies with water to get a thick dosa batter consistency. 3️⃣ Let it ferment - Transfer batter to a large bowl, cover loosely, and keep in a warm place for 8-12 hours (overnight). Warm climate? Fermentation is faster (6-8 hours). Cold climate? Keep inside a switched-off oven or near a warm light. 4️⃣ Check for fermentation - The batter will rise slightly, smell slightly sour, and have tiny bubbles. 5️⃣ Stir gently & make dosas - Pour onto a hot tawa, spread thin, and cook until golden brown.
